I gave the service 5 stars because the girl taking my order in the left lane was so very sweet but she could barely help us like she wanted too because her coworker was very aggressive. I get wanting to train someone to make sure they have the skills down packed but this woman in the right lane drive thru was completely unnecessary. She spoke to the girl taking my order (Kylie) I believe was the sweet girls name, as if she was lesser than and I did not appreciate that kind of behavior. It disturbed me so much that I immediately started writing this as I was was receiving my food in the drive thru.

I went to chick-fil-a the other night and ordered the 8 nuggets a large drink and the parfait cup the fruit was not good they were soggy and the nuggets was cold. I have a large coke with light ice but it was watered down it was crazy an I couldn’t get it fixed cause it was ice on the roads so I gave up on that. So I hope everyone has a better time than I did.

I have been coming here for 18 years and not once have I ever had a bad experience or bad food…until tonight. It was 30 minutes before closing, I ordered a #1 and a large Mac n cheese. Got up to pay and they were out of Mac- no biggie didn’t NEED it, lol. I’m driving home and I keep thinking I’m smelling a burnt smell, and it turns out it was the waffle fries. They were black around the edges, crunchy, and super greasy, just inedible. My guess is they sat too long in the fryer or they didnt change the oil. The kids working there were super nice as always, but there is no way they didn’t see and smell those. The chicken was a bit greasy too. Totally bummed.

As always completely happy with our Chick Fil A experience. The food was all delicious and customer service great. Wish they had a chick fil a closer to us but we stop whenever we are in the area that has one and grab a bite to eat. Chicken is always fresh, hot and cooked to perfection.

Margarita at the front taking orders is one of the most off putting and rude service employees I’ve ever had an encounter with. Does not enunciate and I have trouble hearing so she more or less mocked me when I asked her to repeat herself… told her my name and she just put the letter “F” which led to further confusion when the food arrived… if Margarita is working just walk out and find another location..

This place is a hit or miss. The nuggets don’t be done. They are never crispy. They are always a very light brown color with soft/runny crust, nothing like advertised. And was told by the manager that they don’t do well done nuggets because they say it holds up the line. Umm the lines are already long and don’t move fast anyways.

Absolutely do not get in this drive thru unless you have 25-30 minutes minimum to wait. We pulled up, maybe the 4th car from the speaker and waited over 30 minutes. It’s been awhile since we’ve done the drive thru because last time it was closer to 40 minutes but we were quite far back in line, so I gave it another try. We love the staff at this location but will drive across town from now on, it’s been ruined for us. No other establishment takes as long as this particular place.
