Beautiful drive thru design. Though I did mobile orders anyway. First time here at this location. The chicken sandwich quality was the best I ever had among any chick-fil-a! Temperature, cut, crisp, and size, very happy with! Sorry, didn’t get any good pictures in general.

It was so wonderful to be greeted upon walking into the restaurant and promptly asked what I needed. I placed a to go order on my phone and was there to pick it up. Upon arrival my drink was already prepared and was kindly handed to me. When my food was ready it was given to me with a kind farewell. The icing on top was that I waited for less than 3 minutes and food food was delicious! This is the kind of service that Chick-fil-A is known for and it was wonderful to be reminded of why I love CFA so much.

Do not use the drive thru unless you want to park and come back inside so they can correct your order. The only thing correct on mine was the drink. I paid for a meal, they forgot the hash browns (no big deal) and then I went to leave again only to find the egg was missing from my biscuit sandwich. This is the type of service I would usually expect from a McDonalds. At least the employees are friendly and apologize. Y’all can do better

Honestly, the spicy chicken sandwich seemed wet and not as fresh as I thought it would be. Some employees on the phone playing games instead of working with trash on the floor, and to top it off, only one employee was actually smiling and had great service. For this place, I expected way better.

I did 3 stars because we got an order last week, got it home & it was wrong, which I’ve only ever had happen one other time at a chick fil a so I called & the manager was very nice & gave us 2 free large meals the next time we came back. Went back today & Noah the guy at the drive thru taking orders seemed extremely frustrated with me & just wasn’t a pleasant person. Then we get to the window to get our food & the girl at the drive thru never said a word so we told her to have a good day. Noah wouldn’t scan my app barcode, told me it went thru when he scanned my coupon but it didn’t so I didn’t get my points either since he was so frustrated with me & they didn’t give me a receipt at the window either. Today was not chick fil as best customer service. I know we all have bad days but sometimes we have to put on a smile & let it out when we get home.

Picked up a quick salad and a lemonade and parked. Sat at the tables outside. 1st chair I sat in, had something sticky in it. Stuck to the seat of my pants. I am thankful it washed out.
