Such a great experience. Line was kinda short… So I was 3rd in line… Very friendly young lady took my order and was very pleasant. Drove up to window and had to wait a very short time .. order was accurate and hot. Great overall experience. Thank you.

I visit often to this establishment and 99% of the time my visit is met with great customer service. I will say, I was excited with the new cups that can be purchased and of course the excitement in looking for a gold cup. To my surprise, someone is opening the bags before giving them out to customers. I have ordered a few and all the bags come opened and stuffed back in the cup. It wasn’t until I saw a friends Snapchat and saw her daughter actually receiving a sealed bag that I realized my chance went to zero immediately. Pretty crappy if you ask me. Guess no one from here will have a fair chance to find a gold cup. Pretty disappointed to be honest. Safe to say, I won’t order anymore.

Stopped in for a late lunch after and appointment today! I was greeted by a smiling face and wonderful man, Jim! Jim was not only kind and courteous, like most workers here, but he saw I was in uniform and thanked me for my service and insisted he paid for my meal! It’s noting I ever wanted or expected from anyone anytime but was so grateful! My heart was touched! I watched Jim as he worked and great other guest and he maintained his friendliness and gracious communication and compassion. He is a joy to this community and establishment! He deserves a raise for how he makes everyone smiles and carries out his duty.
Oh and the food was hot, juicy and good like always! Restaurant was clean!

With my customer service background, I would look forward to getting the exceptional service when ever I walk in any chick fil a door. However, I have never felt more unwelcome and MY FIRST TIME NOT hearing “my pleasure” until it got on my nerves. In fact, an employee at this location in Athens AL didn’t say it until she was handing me the condements (mind you I had to keep sending her back to get the right thing) and in a state disbelief I said ” this is my first time EVER not hearing “my pleasure” ONE TIME to any customer. The food was fantastic, maybe some of the best i’ve had at a chick fil a. However, they didn’t bring us a third of our order, and never gave us any straws or utensils for a drive through order. They were very friendly about it though and fixed the order part without any questions.

I don’t like doing this because Chick fil a is my ONLY choice for fast food and I am always happy with the customer service, cleanliness and quality. Although my husband and I have been noticing that the salad containers were smaller and the ingredients were less than normal, we still enjoy them at least twice a month. Tonight however was more disappointing. The container was exactly HALF full. It’s only lettuce with very few strips of chicken. The only other toppings are canned black beans and corn (very cheap) and 4 cherry tomatoes. If I had picked out the beans and corn I’m sure there was no more than a teaspoon of each. NOT OK. !! I used to divide the salad and get two meals for under $7:00. Now for over $10.00 I have to add toppings from my fridge to have enough for one. My husband has already given up on the salads and now I may also.

went thru this morning for breakfast…. service was great and very fast. but when i went to pay the lady at the drive thru asking me could i leave my charge as a “tip”. i understand times are hard but thats not very professional at all.. doing that makes people feel obligated to leave it. if it’s offered then that’s understandable but asking for a tip i do not agree with and someone should definitely explain to her that she should not do that.

The service, like most all Chick-Fil-A’s I have ever been to, definitely sets the standard for friendliness and efficiency. Even though there are frequently long drive through lines, they are handled quickly and I can’t remember one time they have ever missed anything on any of my orders. The store itself is equally impressive as it is always kept clean and well maintained, including the restrooms.

Got order wrong (ordered fried chicken muffin received grilled chicken egg white sandwich). The Eggwht chicken was horrible, the chicken was so small less than 1/4 the cross section of sandwich. Also I can understand peak hour wait but the wait I had Saturday am was so long the runners included free cookies – which was the only thing about the order that was good. This newly renovated Chic Fil A was one of best in this area but this time they were way off their game!

I went into the drive thru, and got amazing service as always. When my bag of food was brought out to me, it had this drawn on it. It made a very much needed smile cross my face. To whoever drew that, Thank you! I needed that! This Chic-Fil-A has ALWAYS had amazing customer service and food. They are doing an amazing job!❤️
