I placed a mobile order and went to pick it up and I went straight home which is not far. When we got home my husband discovered that all of the food was cold especially the waffle fries. Which was very disappointing. I was not given ANY sauces nor did I get any straws in our to go order. Now I did go ask for the sauces, but it took AWHILE for anyone to help me. At the same time there was an employee just talking to another that was filling up lemonades and she totally saw me standing there waiting to be helped. I was worried about the sauces honestly, and I did not notice the no straws until I got home. Which caused a problem because I have little kids who have to have them.
Now it was very busy and we understand everyone has bad nights especially in the food industry. But I even STILL did not get the right sauces which was disappointing for my family. It is very discouraging to want to order dinner here again honestly.
I hope this helps management to make sure this doesn’t happen to others at dinner time especially when you spend $49+ on dinner. It is very discouraging to want to order dinner here again honestly.
