I came through the drive thru yesterday. The gentleman who took my order was great. I drove to the window it took 5 minites to get my 2 12 piece nuggets. And my coke. Lady asked me what I was waiting for I said my milk shakes. Well they kept taking stuff to other car in front and behind me. They then ask me to pull down and I wait 10 minutes. If i hadnt called the woman down I would still be sitting there. The woman at the window was laughing and joking. Very unprofessional. Food was great.

I would really like to know who is running this place. The “management” seems to be in the dark about how employees are being treated by “team leaders.” I’m aware that high school and college students do all the work (taking orders, taking payments, handing out orders, cleaning the eating area and parking lot, etc) but the “management” needs to be more present. They are almost always no where to be found when team leaders over step their authority. I have witnessed rudeness, ridicules, insults, racial remarks and even bullying. I have even heard a team leader refer to a customer as her “white chocolate.” The young man was offended by her words and even asked her not to call him that ever again. (Apparently it has happened multiple times).
For a fast food restaurant, the service of the students is quite pleasant, the food is okay, but watching the employee interaction is very stressful. Train these kids to treat fellow employees with the same kindness and respect they use for the customers. Then hold them accountable for their misuse of authority. If you cannot take the time to train them right, maybe you shouldn’t be in charge!

We put in a mobile order with food and drinks….didn’t really save any time because of confusion on part of the young employees. A little confused why there were 5 employees crowding the pick up window when there are few other cars. Our “car server” was very young and not customer-service ready.

The food was good as always but this was the filthiest Chick fil A I have ever visited. The floor was full of smashed food, loose food, and trash. All of the tables were dirty and stains were everywhere. While speaking with the manager I realized how filthy everything was behind the counter and started to point it out and received no reaction. This was clearly poor leadership and management. I would imagine other folks heads would be spinning that work for this company if they visited this location. This location kills the reputation this company has worked hard to keep. The photos that I did get do no justice but I did get a few.
