It’s a Chick-fil-A in a mall food court, so the atmosphere is…mall-ish. I had to repeat parts of my order several times, so the service could have been a little better. Nuggets and spicy fillet sandwich were right on the mark, as usual.

I took my 11 year old to the mall yesterday. Mary the cashier (with severe tooth decay) was very rude, but I ignored it at the beginning. After we were done with our lunch in the food court area, my daughter wanted a refill on her drink. She went to the counter and she was the only one. Moments later two young white females came behind her for refills and Mary took their drinks while my 11 year old was completely ignored. She then took my daughters drink in a totally different tone, I watched this from my table. I had to approach the counter and asked Mary (with the severe tooth decay) Why did she take their order first? She immediately started acting like the victim, saying she had no idea. I said to her also You didn’t Say “My pleasure” after I received my order, She screamed Very Loudly (like a PIRATE) MY PLEASURE!! She was spitting grossly while screaming. We then walked away. I later called and complained to management, just so they are aware of the issue. I know this issue is not resolvable with this franchise unless they hire a more diverse Leadership. Also the food was not good but the lemonade was on point.

I left my card yesterday at this restaurant. Went complete panic mode. Went back and they had my card. I left it in the card reader and someone bought their meal with my card but this Chick Fil A refunded the order. Really made my day! Thank you.

Make sure you watch the employee’s I came in today and they had 1 employee handling orders, and making drinks while his hands were freshly coated with flour…. Disgusting. He had no care in the world contaminating the whole ice bin as I watched him make my drink. Today was not a good experience for me July 16th, 2022 5pm. Hopefully this will never happen again

I’ve been here a couple times. Nice casual atmosphere. Outdoor seating available. I sat right were the garage type doors opened to the outside on a perfect weather evening, so I got fresh air but seats with backs. Picnic tables were on the patio. I wasn’t starving so I had the Cajun angels, shrimp wrapped in bacon. Very good and I added the fruit and Creme corn side dishes.

The food was awesome and the service was fast even though they were packed. The only problem was we couldn’t find a parking place, and after we ate we couldn’t get out because the drive through line was wrapped around the store. I highly recommended this place.
