It’s perfect weather for a bowl of chicken noodle soup from my favorite Chick-fil-A at Patton Creek. If you haven’t tried the chicken noodle soup, you definitely should. It’s always hot, tasty, and well seasoned, with plenty of shredded chicken and egg noodles, and lots of carrots and celery. Be sure and get a few extra Westminster Company Saltines. These crackers are very different from the well-known name brand crackers I had as a kid. They are a bit thicker and a little more crisp than those, which works well for dunking in the hot soup. Chicken noodle soup, Westminster Company Saltines, and a medium coke is one of my favorite meals always made better by the Chick’s friendly 5-star staff: Leigh, Zoe, Ashley, Laura, Will, Eric, and Chris.

I’ve never rated a Chick-fil-A less than 5 stars. I have been to MANY! This one, however, is one of the most impressive locations, I have been to. Considering how busy it is, it stays clean, I still get my food very quickly and it’s always good! I love CFA!!

My friend went to this Chick-fil-A location today and sent me these photos. She was about to start eating her sandwich when she noticed something odd in her lettuce. It turns out, it was stink bug eggs. Don’t eat at this location, it’s clear they dont wash their lettuce.

Just your regular old Chick-Fil-A, but everytime I come in here, the employees are always so nice to me but the food is the best.
Their new seasonal peppermint milkshake is a delight to see, even though I didn’t get one myself, I had tried it at another location .
This location did get some improvements in their drive thru and inside and it looks much cleaner and better.

Patton Creek Chick-fil-A (Hoover, AL) — Order #12610357 on 1/10/2026 at 9:28 PM. One Chick-fil-A sandwich was completely missing from our order. There were hardly any cars in the drive-thru, so being “busy” is not an excuse. Counting three sandwiches is basic. This was careless and unacceptable for a brand that claims accuracy and service. Management needs to address this. Disappointed.

I agree with the complains about the drive through. I guess they’re trying to force us to order online but I won’t be doing that. Because of all the ridiculousness with the drive through one woman almost ran into me trying to merge today in a third lane that is also confusing people. I was going to chick fil a 4 days a week. It now takes 20 min to get food due to the mobile app lane. If you didn’t order thru the app, you sit in 1 lane, and wait, and wait some more. I used to come here because I have a 30 min lunch and this was the fastest service. I will now find somewhere else.

This location recently closed one of their two drive-thru lanes and replaced it with a mobile-app only lane, doubling drive-thru times and causing traffic problems. People who ordered after me using an app while driving were served instantly while everyone else sat in a long line. In addition, the exit lane next to the drive-thru was blocked by pylons half way through the exit, forcing me to back up out of the exit lane. Don’t block the exit lane. I will not be returning to this location until the mobile only lane is restored to a drive-thru lane. Any other location that does this will also not be purchased from.

Chick-fil-A used to be great, now it’s just okay. Food’s decent, but overpriced, and the staff give attitude, text in front of you, and forget to take your payment—save your money and eat somewhere that actually cares.
