I don’t know what happens here when it rains, but you really need to fix it. Last week, I sat 20 minutes and hadn’t even got to the awning. I parked and went inside to order at the counter. I had my food in 4-5 minutes. Tonight, it took 25 minutes to loop the building once, stop line to food pickup. Not acceptable, your team is better than this. When I opened the bag there were no utensils to eat with. I’m not eating mac and cheese with my fingers, especially since there were no napkins, or the sauce I requested. Maybe, if the 3 ladies who were standing in the door where the food was coming out would put their radios down, stop chatting, and help pack the food your speed and quality control might improve. I’m sorry if I sound harsh, but on top of everything I got the rehearsed answers when I asked why it took so long. I’m frustrated, you should at least be the same.

I don’t know what kind of customer-service superpowers Brandon has, but the man is hilarious and made the experience. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure i had a great time while I was here. You can tell he genuinely cares about the guests and keeps the line moving with a great attitude. Chick-fil-A is always known for great service, but Brandon really took it to the next level. Highly recommend stopping by if he’s working! It was clear to see it was his pleasure to serve us OU fans on college gameday.

For the second time, I’ve gone through the drive-thru and discovered after getting home (45 minutes away) that part of my order was missing. Chick-fil-A has always been known for its accuracy and attention to detail, which is why this was especially disappointing. Unfortunately, this location hasn’t lived up to that expectation, and consistency seems to be an ongoing issue.

I grabbed some breakfast from the drive thru on my way back to Gadsden. I ordered a chicken biscuit add egg and cheese along with an order of hasbrowns and a large coke. Everything I ordered was made to perfection and I did not have to wait very long in line of the drive thru to get my order. The staff I encountered was polite and friendly.

Baby shower. It was catered. Ordered 3 weeks ahead of time was supposed to be delivered. Called and told us we had to pick up they were too busy. Had someone go pick it up and it wasn’t ready. Read again ordered 3 WEEKS AHEAD OF TIME. Just very disappointing for a Chick -fil-a.

Will not be back. When I pulled in to order, I asked the young lady could I look at the menu. She walked away to “look for a menu” and never returned. I watched her in my rear view mirror just return back 3 cars behind me and start taking their orders. I continued to stay in line planning to just order at the window but then another young lady came up and took my order. When I got to the window my order was in correct, I was told to pull up so they could fix my sandwich adding AMERICAN cheese and bacon. I waited, and another car pulled up to wait too. That car was given their food before. The worker came and brought my order out after waiting and the order was STILL wrong. She went back i, I waited even longer to then have a manager come out and say she “checked” and make sure my sandwich was correct. I come home and my sandwich was STILL in correct as pictured below you can see I ordered AMERICAN cheese and was given PEPPER JACK. It’s the PRINCIPAL of all of this. You can see what my order SHOULD have been, but after being skipped in line, being told to wait TWICE I would never come back to this location and will be reporting this franchise location. Not worth $15
