Every time I’ve been to this Chic-Fil-A, they get my order completely wrong. I usually don’t leave reviews. However, the last time I went, they gave me fries instead of mac n cheese even though it said mac n cheese on the receipt. I went again today and ordered grilled nuggets and they gave me regular, again with “grilled” being on the receipt. At this point it’s a running joke for me but this should be fixed
Update: just went through again to fix my nuggets and realized they gave me a coke instead of a sweet tea. FIX THIS!!!

Ordered a Cobb salad and before opening the lid I noticed a black hair on top of the salad. Went back to the store to have it remade, drove all the way back to work and there was a black hair hanging out of the container (half shut in the container and half hanging out). Now I’m stuck at work without lunch and irritated. Someone clearly isn’t wearing a hair net today..

What a sad location! My family and I are traveling from Tennessee to Florida, and we stopped with two sleeping toddlers in the back (one woke up as we parked of course)
I had to use the restroom and picked up my
Mobile order inside. When I came out the man at the front asked if I had a mobile order, I said yes and he said he refused to give me
the number of Chick-fil-A sauces I put in the app with my order. I was slightly confused. He reiterated he would not give me the number I asked for. I then told him well then they should change it in the app.
He gave me half the sauces I ordered.
The food is expensive enough and my family uses Chick-fil-A sauce for fries not Ketchup, so if he refuses to honor what the app allowed then he shouldn’t even work here.
Next time I travel through the area I will definitely not be stopping at this location.
Edited to add: after finishing the food the fries were as hard as rocks, and the chicken was tough and stringy. So on top of poor customer service the food wasn’t even good either.

I am not one to make reviews but I ordered an original iced coffee and got this. No creamer no syrup. It was disgusting. I was so disappointed with my coffee.

I recently visited the establishment via drive through and my order was properly handled by a very welcoming and friendly employee, Suri! She handled my order in a timely fashion and with excellent menu knowledge. Definitely will be coming back!!

This location has gone downhill overall due to service. I don’t know if the younger employees just don’t care as much or what. This includes drive through and inside as well. They seem to have an attitude that I’m bothering them, messing up my order, not speaking or giving me the usual “my pleasure “, “thank you “ or “have a blessed day “. There are a couple of adult employees that do the same thing. I go there out of convenience but find myself going to Patton Creek more often. Hope that they improve with customer service or I’ll make Patton Creek my “home” Chick Fil A.

I’ve never been to a Chick-fil-A that disappointed me but my daughter and me stopped to eat at this one and my daughter’s sandwich was fine but I got the grilled chicken club and there was a lot of fat in it and both are fries tasted like they had been sitting out for a long time. They weren’t hot at all. I guess I should’ve got a club with a fried chicken breast on it. I couldn’t finish mine and my daughter who loves fries couldn’t eat them either.

Quality not as good as other stores consistently across multiple orders. Seems like some items recooked because occasionally chicken dry whether breakfast or lunch. Service friendly though.
