The new layout just created longer lines during peak times. I don’t know what they need but the food definitely need to come out faster so people are not sitting in line for 15 minutes.

Service was actually rude, unapologetic, & unacceptable! I have never experienced this at any Chick-fil-A. Food was near cold & the peach shake I ordered was melted, tasted like vanilla w/ a few flavorless peach cubes & even the cherry on top was near the bottom (because whip cream melted)! All of this was caused by some error with the outside 2nd drive thru lane not moving hardly at all, but the inside 1st lane kept moving as about 15-20 cars passed by us & recieved their food orders w/o much wait!!! Workers said they didn’t know what was going on or what the holdup was

I came through the drive through, orderd a chicken, cheese, and bacon biscuit. The biscuit and meat was pretty much room temperature and my cheese was not melted. How disappointing it was to have to eat a room temp biscuit with non melted cheese, come on now, make sure the food is hot. We do not carry around microwaves in our automobiles.

My husband brought our chick-fil-a in leeds home for dinner and my salad had no toppings or dressing but the worst is his CHICKEN sandwich did NOT have any chicken on it just a super dry bun that crumbled from being ridiculously dry cheese and lettuce.

The blue shirt girl who I guess is supposed to be the manager let’s you set in line and fills all the orders behind you and then after you wait 12 minutes in line for 2 chicken sandwiches and 5 nuggets and 3 drinks they ask you to pull up and set in a handicap spot and wait another 10 minutes. 22 minutes total from placing order to getting 2 chicken sandwiches and a 5 piece nugget. I have built a chick-fillet in mobile Alabama and this one is no where near run like that general manager runs his. Customer service is your motto but you let young kids run wild with no organizational skills and that starts with management or in this case lack of. The chick-fillet is located in Leeds Alabama

You can never go wrong eating at Chick-fil-A! They have the best chicken sandwich in U.S.A.Their waffle fries are the boom diggity! Anytime you see one, stop, go in, order any of their chicken sandwiches and waffle fries. You never be disappointed! My favorite is the Deluxe sandiwch but the hubby loves the original one. The staff are always so friendly. Always have a smile on their faces. The restrooms are always clean. Go and try them out if you haven’t. You will become a Fan.
