This place is not Chick-fil-A, it’s Sick-fil-A. I ordered a chicken egg and cheese biscuit and they gave me a chicken biscuit. While I was there another guy came in complaining that he had gotten the wrong order. The whole time a couple of the workers comparing books to movies! They mind as well go ahead and read a book because they preformed poorly at there job. I called six times and got no answer. I figured if they had time to discuss books, surly they had time to pick up the phone. Didn’t have time to turn around because of my work schedule. Dissatisfied and disappointed is a understatement.

This is the slowest Chick-fil-A I have ever been to. I placed a large mobile order for breakfast only to sit in the drive thru for 30 minutes and be told breakfast is over and my mobile order can’t be filled. The girl in the drive thru was super kind though.

My car stopped working in the drive thru line in the pouring rain. I’m a young adult who hasn’t had anything like this happen before. The kindness that the employees showed me was unbelievable. 5 guys pushed me into a parking spot in the pouring rain. Another lady took my order and gave it to me for free. All the while everyone comforted me. (I was distraught) This was the luckiest place I could’ve had this happen. I’m so thankful to the staff for their kindness. In that moment I needed it more than ever.

Food is always good here, I usually order to go or pick up, however the wait can be rather long especially on or around dinner or lunch. If you do pick up it’s usually only about 5 to 10 minutes if you choose the drive thru it can be 30 mins or more.

Great food at the Gardendale location. My was great. Some of my food was left out of my bag but I called and spoke to Brian and he fixed the problem immediately. That was the first time that ever happened at this restaurant. Great place to go and the nicest employees.
