Opened in December so it is still extremely clean and orderly. Nice playground for kids with outdoor seating under umbrellas. Only .75 miles away from I65. Super clean bathrooms. Food is always top notch.

Probably some of the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had from a Chick-fil-A. They will mark your order as ready, even though it is not to save their numbers. Then, when you ask about it, you were met with rude responses and no answers.

Jackson White waited on us at the Chick-fil-A in Cullman, Alabama, on highway 157 and did an outstanding job. He was polite, attentive, and made sure our order was correct and came out quickly. This has been by far the best Chick-Fil-A experience I ever had. The staff were absolutely wonderful and super friendly. They even found my AirPods that I didn’t even know I had lost out in the parking lot and saved us from a potential meltdown with our kids by providing us batteries for a remote controller that had died so they could watch a movie in the car. I will always be stopping at this restaurant when traveling on I-65.

I spent twenty minutes int he drive-through tonight starting with only two cars in front of me. I sat there for 10-15 of those minutes looking into the kitchen where three young men and the young lady who appeared to be the manager were standing around doing nothing. When my food finally arrived, all I got was, “Sorry about that wait. Our kitchen is a mess tonight.” Seriously? That’s your excuse. Maybe stop standing around with your buds and fix it. At least offer people a cookie for their time. What happened to CF?

We are so glad this Chick fil A has opened on the north side of Cullman. It is convenient to Walmart on hwy 157. The food is as good as it always is the other Cullman location. The staffs friendly, professional and represents the product well. We will definitely be returning to this location.

Worst drive thru experience. Poor service, very unprofessional. Waited for a long time for the order, people ordered after us got their food first. Once our orders were ready, they messed it up, had to go back and the girl acted like it was nothing, not apologizing or being sorry. Will not recommend this place.
