Paid for breakfast 15 minutes before breakfast ends, I arrive 10 minutes before it ends.
I am told they cannot complete the order as they “have switched to lunch”, meaning they are too lazy to follow their own rules and cook breakfast until 10:30.
This is the only local CFA in Calera, and believe me before you go there it is not nearly as well-managed as the other nearby locations such as Alabaster, Pelham, Helena, etc. Worth the drive to them for better service than you will receive here.

Ordered in the drive thru, went smoothly. Pulled around, food was ready and handed off with no issues. I wish I would’ve checked the order before pulling off. My 8 pc chicken nuggets were barely warm and the tea was not that good either. The fries were piping hot and the order was correct. All the employees were friendly and fast. My only issues were with the food.

Excellent customer service, very clean, great food. Chick-fil-A can’t be beat! Had my order ready before I left the counter and offered to carry it to the table for me. Someone in the dining room asked twice during our meal if we needed anything and was making sure the dining area was clean.

The food is affordable, the service was great, and the wait times were slow. It was pretty busy but that drive thru line moved faster than any other drive thru I’ve been in. If only other fast food joints could take some notes. My partner and I got breakfast, and the hashbrowns are an absolute steal. Bathrooms are clean as well!

In the past, I rarely had issues with my drive-thru orders, but over the last year, about 50% of the time, my order has been incorrect. I usually remember to check, but if I forget, it’s frustrating to have to drive back because something is missing. In the most recent incident, the employee didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience.
I recommend checking your order if you use their drive-thru.

This location has an awful, crowded parking lot, so I avoid dine in or curbside.
Unfortunately, the drive-thru is also glacially slow, and on more than one occasion, they’ve *still* made me pull around and park, defeating the whole purpose of the “drive through” part of being, well… a drive-thru.
I get doing making customers do that if it’s a large or complex order, or if there will be a long delay. That’s never the situation. On this date, for example, it was because they “needed less than two minutes” to finish cooking chicken strips. That’s an utterly trivial period of time… people using a drive through know they have to wait on the car in front of them to get their food… that’s how drive-thrus work.
It’s the closest CFA to my work, which means I go there more than I’d like, considering it’s by far the worst run in the county. This has to be the black sheep of the local CFA family: poorly designed and poorly run.

Friendly service and delicious food! We stopped by while traveling. The restaurant was very busy, but the young man who took our order was patient and efficient. I had the Spicy Southwest Chicken Salad with Avocado Lime Ranch Dressing and it was excellent! I ate every bite. I highly recommend this restaurant.
