Horrible customer service, long wait in the drive through. Not a single person offers any niceties or has anything to say to you other than asking what you want to eat. I normally wouldn’t care about these things when coming to a fast food chain, but chick fil a usually has amazing customer service.

This Chick-fil-A is always busy when I’m there, but service never slacks. Everyone seems to be on task doing their jobs to keep things running smoothly and to keep the dining room clean. I thought on this particular trip that all of our fry containers were not fully filled, but that isn’t typical.

They spent all this money to renovate and change the restaurant and now it sucks. At lunch time you will not get through the drive through line in less than 20-30 minutes no matter what. Before they remodeled it was 10 minutes max. Stopped coming here for that reason. Gave it another try today and shocker. Same slow drive through

I am not sure why I thought there would be some improvement after the remodel. The food is often cold and the workers act like they are working at Church’s Chicken. Where are the greetings and amazing customer service synonymous with the brand? And the double lane remodel doesn’t help much when the workers taking orders do not maintain any sense of order for the lines to merge into one lane .

Tonight was the second time I’ve visited the store in 2 weeks. First time was not up to their usual standards so I visited again. Ordered 2 salads, asked for herb garden for one and apple cider vinegarette for the other. Received avocado dressing only which me not my daughter likes and no apple cider dressing at all. I’ve never had to check my order before but it looks like that has changed. I’ll drive a little further and go to the Grove location next time.
