I’ve always appreciated Chick-fil-A’s reputation for excellent service, but my experience at this location was disappointing. As a Christian and a 37-year-old veteran, I believe in treating others with respect, and I expect the same in return. When I greeted the manager properly, she responded with “Don’t talk to me.”
This level of rudeness is unacceptable anywhere, let alone at an establishment that prides itself on customer service and Christian values. I hope this location re-evaluates its leadership, as no customer—veteran or otherwise—should be met with such hostility.

Hmmm. A little confused on how a fruit cup that my kid got, had insects in it. When I returned it, the staff member didn’t seemed phased and replaced it. That’s fine and dandy, but it should have been addressed with a bit of urgency as to why or how that happened?

Every time I get any type of salad from this particular chick-fil-a location, half of the lettuce is rotten and some of the apples are rotten., which wastes about 20 to 30 minutes of my time picking out all the rotten lettuce! If you want tomatoes added to your salad they charge you .80¢ cents for 4 very small little grape tomatoes! Which is a total rip off! A salad should come with tomatoes on it! I’m going to stop going to this location because they obviously don’t care about the quality of the products that they serve to their customers. Terrible!!!!

Always a good meal with great and polite service! The tables are always clean and the employees that get refills for you are a nice plus.

Fast food at its finest. Quality chicken and fries!
The chicken is delicious, very lean and juicy with very crispy coatings.
The waffle cut fries are very crunchy and not too greasy!
Service: Very pleasant and efficient. They have one guy who’s job is to bring your food to you. Somehow he is able to tell who’s order belongs to who, without having any order numbers.
If you haven’t tried the chicken or fries here, you are missing out!

Here we go again. Food quality on my last 2 trips has gotten greasier and less appetizing. No salt on the fries. Standing in a line of 1 person watching 3 employees walk around in a daze. But who cares ? Apparently no one. Certainly not them. Then the prices have exceeded the quality of service and food. Oh well, no value, goodbye !

I picked up a online order through the mobile app the chicken nuggets they were disgusting, had a strange odor as if they had been left at room temperature, soaking in whatever they were cooked in I kept them with the intention of taking them to the health department tomorrow to see if there OK they are in my fridge
