This location is located next to the community college or now it’s called a state College but this location has a drive-through and it also has a lane has a lane just for pick up orders like DoorDash and Uber eats so you can come in through the lanes close the restaurant the building is huge I mean you can fit maybe looks like you could fit in there and there’s plenty of parking lots of parking and most of all the location is next to a big road like a big highway a major road so it’s easy to come in and kinda easy to get out the food was exceptional. I mean it was so tasty. The chicken has a certain type of taste to it. That makes me wanna come back every single time don’t even get me started on the waffle fries I literally particularly only eat first the waffle fries and then I’ll take a drink of the soda, but I only eat the waffle fries and one of those type of people that only eats one item completely at a time I’ve seen a lot of people where they eat a piece of chicken and then they’ll eat a piece of waffle fries and then they’ll drink their drink. You know take a sip of the drink Whether it’s tea soda water whatever it is, but I’m one of those people that likes to eat and only eat like one item at a time like I’ll eat the chicken that the chicken sandwich and I’ll eat the whole chicken sandwich and once I’m finally finished with the chicken ️sandwich and then I’ll start to eat my waffle fries, but I will only eat all my waffle fries completely done and then once I’m finished with my waffle fries, I’ll go drink my soda completely done so yes, the food was exceptionally tasty. I very much enjoyed it even though I do carry a couple of extra pounds you can’t really notice it cause it kind of goes to my well certain regions on my body, but that doesn’t mean that I can’t give a good honest review and again this location it was probably one of my favorite all-time location Cause it’s got again a big restaurant and it’s got two lanes. I’m telling you if you wanna eat and get a little bit chunky or thick as the new word is this place is is really where you wanna come to.

It’s a great establishment as all of them are. Food is great as always but the customer service is not the top tier we have come to know from Chick Fila. It’s not bad but it could be better it seems like they are always understaffed inside. Drive thru is great and very customer focused. It’s just the inside that could use some work. You will wait a longer than usual for someone to come out from the back to notice you to then tend to your need. Other than that small issues it’s another great store.

Went to this location after my son’s graduation. The service and food was very bad my wife salad was frozen and my chicken sandwich is asked for no BBQ sauce and they still put sauce on it the top of the box says no sauce. This location is a big let down compared to the Mount Dora location. Should find new management and better employee’s that want to do the job there was no smiles very dry rude atmosphere.

I’m sorry, but chick fil a isn’t that great as they claim to be. My breakfast burrito was warm and the tortilla was hard or stale. Also, I asked nicely for 5 salsas and 5 roasted BBQ and got 1 each. DO BETTER!!

Haven’t ordered from Chick-fil-A for a while was looking for a high protein quick source. I decided to stop by Chick-fil-A to get some grilled chicken nuggets. This is some of the worst grilled chicken I’ve ever had. It has a slimy texture and it has a thick texture when you bite into it. The seasonings were not good they must have gotten a new chicken distributor it’s been awhile so I’m sure that’s the case. I would rather get grilled chicken breasts from Wendy’s then Chick-fil-A which should be known for their chicken. I ate one nugget so now I have 29 and not sure what to do with them.

Not sure what happened in the last 6 months here, but employees seem very unhappy and overworked. Hardly see same employees twice. They say the right things and try, but you can tell something is seriously wrong. Food is off and not Chick Fil A standard. Wasn’t the same as the store down the road. The managers just seem uninterested, slow, and don’t help employees much. There are no community events. It seems the owners don’t care about the people around them, the Chick Fil A brand and way of doing things, or their employees. At the Mount Dora store, there are constant emails, events, and promotions. It feels like this owner just bought a franchise because Chick Fil A is a good brand, but they are ruining it.

My grandkids and I enjoy weekly visits together at this Chik Filet! After they eat their delicious nuggets and waffle fries and or Mac n chz they have icecream I do as well sometimes! They read the prize books or play with the toys with their meals. Thx for being here! Eat more chicken!

We had a really great experience at this Chick-fil-A today! Every employee was extremely friendly and helpful. Betty was wonderful. The food came out very quickly. The atmosphere was clean and cheerful. Will most definitely be back soon!
The icing on the cake was I got to try the new dragonfruit lemonade for free! It is pretty & tasty. Definitely recommend. 🙂

The Chick-fil-A on 441 in Leesburg is one of the nicest I have been in. The service is great and of course the food is always good. The interior was very clean including bathrooms and the layout and furnishings were nice.
