Service was great but I decided to write a review since this is not the first time I am disappointed at the food. The chicken strip was so over cooked, it was very crispy. It was also small and super thin. I am used to thick and juicy chicken tenders. Also the fries were cold and not filled to the top.

This Chick-fil-A location is great. Excellent parking, fast drive-thru service, and impeccable service. The location is very clean, with tables always ready and clean, and very friendly staff, especially David, who was very attentive to our children and made our lunch even better. The meal is always fresh and well-prepared.

Supersweet young fella took my order. It is always a pleasure to go through the Chick-fil-A drive through. We all know it. That’s why we are a little bit sad in our respect for them on Sundays. Good on you for not forcing people to work on Sunday. Love that. And I miss y’all just the same. The sandwiches are so much filling that craving that I almost forget the waffle fries. Until I open the bag. There they are. Perfectly delicious one by one as they disappear. This Chick-fil-A does not disappoint. Enjoy.

They must have rehired since the last reviews. I ordered a chicken sandwich with a lettuce wrap for bun, and everything went super smoothly. There was even another employee waiting after I ordered to double check (more like triple check) that my order was perfect. Everyone was very kind and attentive! I wanted to make sure I left a review because all the employees were over the top, even for chic fil a standards.

Day two with no lunch due to these people!!!
Ron, I hope you read this and are able to train your management in customer service.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experiences at this Chick-fil-A location.

Yesterday, I placed a mobile DoorDash order for a Cobb salad with no chicken or bacon, as I am a vegetarian. When the order arrived, there was no vegetarian option included — all of the salads contained bacon and chicken. I called the store around 4–5 PM and left a voicemail but never received a call back.

Today, I attempted another mobile order and went through the drive-through to pick it up. When I arrived at my office, both iced coffees were extremely sweet and undrinkable, and once again, my salad had chicken on it despite ordering otherwise.

When I called the store, I was told I would only be refunded for one coffee because they were “made correctly” and that I had ordered incorrectly. I was also told they would remake the salad as a courtesy. The head manager I spoke with was argumentative and repeatedly went back and forth rather than listening to the concern. When I requested a full refund for the $30 order, I was told I would only receive $17 and that they were “being nice” by offering to remake the salad.

This experience was frustrating and disappointing. Mistakes can happen, but the lack of accountability, poor communication, and dismissive customer service were unacceptable. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this location.

Do not be out guest should be their slogan. Gave blood received this voucher. I cannot make it for breakfast but I still want to be their guest. They said no. I said the chicken patty on the biscuit is the same as the sandwich. So just give me the patty and I will even buy the roll since you don’t have the biscuit past breakfast. No. Why? Because gotta be breakfast. Who cares it is the same thing!!!! Literally. If I went to a balloon store and had a gift for a free “Red” balloon but they are all out of red, you say no balloon? It’s the same dang thing!!! Really chic filet? We can’t make that chicken sandwich on a biscuit to a chicken sandwich on a roll? Even when I would buy a roll. If you can’t do this then just close shop. Seriously. Insane how unaccommodating this place is. And the manager lady got off saying absolutely no you cannot use that. Grow up

I was in a business call.
For respect to the cashier, I was in the line, so I let the another customer back of me pass in front.
I hung up the call before 10:27am…
He finished wt the customer l, was my turn and when I ask for breakfast he just, told me that the breakfast was done. He see the clock, and was 10:31am.
Without not courtesy, just turn around. This happened just now.
I let the neighbor business store to get some breakfast for my team work, is incredibly, for a minute, that he was with a customer, turn me with that excuse.
Never again, I prefer starved, before came back.
Is not the first time they do bad customer service or give the food wrong…
Im done!

Super disappointed by the service I received from the gentleman up front (Hispanic with dark hair, Hector maybe?). And the young lady (Caucasian with glasses) who begrudgingly remade my ice cream last night. Their attitudes were unacceptable and not up to the standard my I expect from chick-fil-a. And when I spoke with Heidi who sounded like a child, I was not reassured that my concerns would be addressed. And as expected her commitment to have the actual manager Eric call me back last night went unfulfilled. See the photo to see how little the young lady put in my cup because she had an attitude. I want the points I wasted on this ounce of ice cream back.
