Came here through drive thru With My Baby Because I Didnt have time to make dinner, and in the picture is what i got. No bun! just piece of chicken and lettuce and tomato. I usually order my food on the app but it wasn’t working. I think the person taking my order put it in wrong because on my receipt it says no bun and then plus pretzel bun no butter, so they must’ve got confused. Well either way I’m here absolutely starving after breast-feeding my baby and I can’t just go back to Chick-fil-A and get another one. so Chick-fil-A please check the accuracy of your order for some people it may not be a big deal but for a starving mama like me it’s a huge deal.

A high school athletic team was in thee restaurant and had ordered online. Service was wonderful! Despite the restaurant being filled with other customers, online orders were filled quickly. I admire how they handled all 3 (drive thru, pickup orders, and inside b orders) so effectively!

We frequently drive thru this location and always have had great service but today we did dine in. While my family was in the restroom I noticed an interaction between who I assume was the manager and a young man. The young man appeared to be getting condiments. As I watched it unfold it became clearer that the young man might not have a place to live and certainly didn’t have means for food. I watched this manager or employee treat this young man with such decency and respect! Honestly he looked a lot like Jesus in this moment. It inspired me to do something but out of fear of insulting the young man I went to the employee and asked him to give a $20 to the young man. We need more people to act like this manager/employee! Loving, compassion and nonjudgmental. I already loved this chick fil a but my loyalty just grew 10 fold because if they hire people like this gentleman, I want to support their business. Whoever you are, man God bless you for being the hands and feet of Jesus!!

Whoever the dude bringing out food in the drive thru on December 2nd is amazing! I stopped by on my motorcycle and didn’t realize I couldn’t take the drink until I got to the window. (Duh, but I didn’t think about it). And I was like I’m sorry man you can keep the drink. And he went above and beyond and offered me a refund for the drink. Exceptional service and the workers genuinely seem like they love their job and their customers.

Worst Chick-fil-A experience I’ve had in a long time.
Half the parking lot was blocked off with caution cones, forcing customers to park all the way in the back for no clear reason. Inside, multiple people with mobile orders were just standing around waiting while walk-in customers were getting their food faster. When I asked for my drink while waiting on the rest of my order, I was met with attitude and disrespect.

This location needs serious attention to organization, customer service, and overall management.

The manager is so attentive! My milkshakes were taking a bit longer than usual, and he came up to me on his own to apologize, I didn’t even say anything. He told me I had been waiting longer than I should have and gave me a coupon. Really great customer service! ✨

On Saturday, we had an emergency and had to leave our home really quickly. As a result, we placed a mobile order at about 10:15 and there was nothing on there to state when they stop serving breakfast. We got to the restroom just a couple of minutes after 10:30. Apparently that is when they stop serving breakfast. Of course they had a long line and we joined it rather than walking in because the parking lot was just as crazy. We joined line and waited patiently. We typically go here because their service is usually superb but not the case on this day. 3 attendants were standing around chit chatting while the line grew longer and longer. Any other chick fila, they are out there taking orders. Then finally, the girl comes over and asks our name for the order. We provide it and advise it is a mobile order. She immediately says we can’t complete this. I said um, why? She says because we are serving lunch. I said ok. Kind of dumb founded and not really thinking clearly as we had an emergency to get to on the other side of Floeida, I say ok. And said, from a customer, just some feedback…it would help if the app disclosed what hours breakfast is served. She said well have a great day as she walked away. Now mind you, I am frantically trying to cancel the order (that I was already charged for) and it was less than 5 min since they stopped serving and if they would have walked over sooner, I am sure they would have been serving but talking and laughing it up was more important. I am trying to still give them business and she just walks away leaving us stranded in line because you cannot just pull out. We had to yell at the other two that are still over just hanging out to ask how we get out. They instead defend her actions saying she didn’t make the right choice but she has a good heart while she is over ignoring the whole situation and still not even helping the people behind us. This is terrible. This younger generation has no ambition to earn an honest wage and treat people with respect. I have worked in customer service now for over 20 years and have teenagers myself. It is incredibly frustrating. We ended up going somewhere else and we did file a complaint but of course the restaurant mgmt still had not bothered to call.

I personally love chick fil a but when they start getting away from their values, then I will stop giving them service. Great job chick fila…ya lost another customer.

P.s. not once did I raise my voice or even curse at her. She had an attitude the moment I told them how the mobile app could be more helpful.
