Didn’t like the drive-through after the remodel! It was better when they didn’t have a runner! It was fast, accurate, and traffic flow was easy! Now, you can’t pull out of line once you get your meal because cars are cramped! My sister was an everyday loyal customer now she said she’s going elsewhere! It seemed so unorganized now!

Wonderful as always. I think Chick-fil-A is the most consistent chain restaurants. Super friendly and helpful staff here. They also have a real nice water feature out front with a bench made out of 100% recycled plastic. Highly recommended location.

Came in to pick up food for my family and had a very enjoyable experience. Emily was very professional when taking my order and other staff members made sure I was taken care of. All Chick-fil-A’s that I’ve been to are fantastic, but this one was just a notch above the rest. The decor in this restaurant was really quite exquisite. A much more elegant array of tables and chairs. There was also a little nook in the corner that was a nice little touch. The food and service was impeccable as expected.

We ran through the drive-thru to grab some waffle fries and mac-n-cheese. They have a really efficient multi-lane system that gets to your food a lot quicker than before. And, of course, the food was excellent!! Definitely will go back for more! 🙂

placed order 20 minutes prior, it still was not ready when i arrived at the correct time. I had to wait 15 minutes just for food that was incorrect- they gave me a spicy deluxe instead of regular. then the Regular deluxe I got was raw in the middle as pictured. I asked for no pickles on my 2 sandwiches and got pickles on both. We recieved the wrong sauces as well as no straws. Very bad customer service.

Been here a few times since they worked on the drive-thru experience. It is an absolute cumbersome and confusing mess. The navigation requires employees to direct traffic, which is asinine. Do not go here at a busy time; it will just be a frustrating experience. Or maybe just don’t go here at all — there are plenty of other spots in the area to get just as good, if not better chicken.
