The inside is surprisingly tech savvy with smooth self-order kiosks, efficient digital menu boards, and a streamlined pickup system that keeps everything moving. Even during busy hours, the flow feels dialed in. Orders come out fast and accurate, which is not always the case at quick service spots near major highways.
The playground is a huge win if you’re traveling with kids. It’s clean, well maintained, and actually gives parents a minute to breathe. For families heading to Orlando, Disney, or just making a long road trip across Florida, this is a smart stop to let kids burn off energy before getting back in the car.

Stop in for a quick bite! The restaurant was busy as it was lunchtime. All hands were on deck with cranking out orders and cleaning the dining area.
I ordered the Cobb Salad and my hubby had fries. Our order came to us quickly. The salad delivered fresh and the fries were hot. The Cherry Berry Sprite was amazing.
We started to eat outside as it was beautiful outside. But the bees began coming, so we took our food inside.

I had a very positive experience at this Chick-fil-A, and the customer service truly stood out. The manager, Mike, was extremely attentive and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Another team member also helped us, and although I didn’t catch her name, she was very friendly, professional, and kind. The entire staff was welcoming and made our visit enjoyable from start to finish. This location has consistently been one of our favorites because of the great service, great customer care, and hardworking team.

The service was great. Friendly staff every where. The girl delivering our food was great, I ordered two separate tickets. I ordered mine and my kids first and my girlfriend ordered her and her daughters second. I was harassing her a bit about how my gf’s food was delivered first when I ordered first. She knew I was just messing with her and she laughed and smiled. Shortly after, she brought mine out to me with a smile on her face and joked again.
We were hanging out just relaxing after we ate. The kids were at a separate table from my gf and I. About 15min before we left, one of the workers came up and offered our kids 2 ice cream cones (they were an order that no one picked up) and I said sure! But there was 3 kids… so he said, hed be back with a third for free. And 2 minutes later, he came back with one. So the kids got free ice cream and a great meal. How can you complain about that?

I love Chick fil A. 1st time in this place, I actually was able to eat inside. The attendant was very helpful, couldn’t get my app running, plenty of seating, they even have a guy with a tablet walking around helping people get extra food or drinks. Very nice.

Stopped in for a late dinner at chick-fil-a to go. Let me tell yall, our cashier/order taker, his name tag was Mr. Mark, he was so sweet and amazing. When we were ordering he asked for our sauces, asked how many and then asked if one of them could be magic! We said yes and THEN HE PULLED OUT A MAGIC SAUCE OF OUR CHOICE OUT OF NOWHERE!!! With a magic squeaky sound too!! Amazing service, made us have so much fun tonight. I also bought one of the cow plushies and he delivered it to me with his mechanical arm. Truly an enjoyable experience, and I hope Mr. Mark gets to show his magic to the other Chick-fil-A customers cause it truly made our night!

I LOVE chickfila, so it pains me to say this was a bad experience for my kids and I. We came to this location (SW 48th Ave, Ocala FL) instead of the chickfila in the mall, thinking it would be easier to get in and out. Boy, was i wrong. I won’t ever be returning to this location.
It was crowded, chaotic, and my food was sitting there for a long time before it got to me. We had a float and frozen soda as well, and I could tell it was made way earlier and then placed in a freezer. Kids were disappointed after a week of looking forward to trying these new drinks. I couldn’t even complain in person, because the cashier was already super busy, and I wasnt gonna add to her plate.
I ordered and paid on the app, arrived at the store and waited in line forever to ask if my food was ready, because my name wasnt on the board where it should’ve been, to notify me that my order was ready.
There was one cashier, who was clearly overwhelmed, so my frustration is absolutely not with whoever the cashier was on Friday evening. My frustration is with how this location operates. We did not enjoy the chaotic environment, and my food had to be taken home and reheated, because there was no way I was eating in there. Seemed like this location needs a more organized way of handling multiple customers. Food was great, despite being reheated. Frozen drinks could’ve been a lot better for sure
