This Chick-fil-A seems to cook their waffle fries a little more than most, which is a VERY good thing. They are completely done and not raw! Good job. The restaurant appears to always be clean and definitely courteous. With the playroom, it seems that there are a lot of families that visit this location. We were there a week before Christmas and they had Santa Claus and Mrs. Claus on a sofa greeting kids and handy out mini cows. The Sarasota location is very well managed. Keep up the good work!

Five stars for the little dude working tonight, his manager, gets one star. I had ordered a large fry and accidentally got a small. When i handed it back, this manager started screaming towards him “THROW IT AWAY. THROW IT AWAY.” While in front of me and my friends, how rude is that? This guy was so young. Management should definitely be more patient with their young employees.

I’ve been to Chic-fil-A many times where I’m from but this location had the best level of service by a long shot. Super friendly staff members and the manager offered to fill my drink cup on the way out the door. We notice these things! Fantastic job

We go to other Chik fil a’s all the time in many locations because we travel often. It tasted off. The chicken was thin, had little coating, and the bun wasn’t soft. Very disappointing. Definitely not consistent with every other location. We did not eat in, so we couldn’t backtrack. We didn’t finish our sandwiches because they tasted weird.

I went there with my husband while we were waiting on a car to be ready to pick up. My most amazing and welcoming experience with any fast food is with this location. Susie who took my order great us with a warm smile and was patient. The manager whom I unfortunately don’t recall the name came to our table and offer to pick up our trash and send the one and only Michael to bring us water. Michael, we love your personality! You make such a difference in a good way!!! That was a royal service and thank you so much for a moment like this! Make my week!
