When I am asked, ‘would you like fries’ and I say NO, that means NO. You’re just wasting food when you push them.
Having to order and pay, without benefit of seeing that your order was taken correctly, you are at the mercy of the person entering your order—and you don’t know what they’ve done until your order is produced, with the receipt sticker on the bag.
…..and…..please, please teach your staff that, if my order total is $10.41, and I present $21.00 cash—I should not have to take back my single because I am giving them ‘too much’. I’m here for food, not math class.

Forgot half my order.
I go to this chick fil a often and they usually do a great job but after receiving my order and coming home I realized they forgot my fries. I ordered a medium and a large. I drove 15 minutes back to chick fil a to get my fries and they gave me my fries. Then I head back home to realize they also forgot my avocado ranch sauce for my cool wrap. I’m very pissed off and hungry because how do you mess up this bad. There was a ticket with everything on it. Do better guys

It’s the best Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to. The customer service people are very friendly. The food was perfect! I was very surprised because I expected the same as other Chick-fil-A but no, these are better! I wish they continue in their excellence because you can always improve. Happiness and success!

I love this location even more. I just sat down for breakfast and just as I finished the store manager asked one of his employees about his test and the employee responded with 4 A’s. This made my heart melt in a way I didn’t know I needed. I saw compassion from a Manager to an employee I haven’t seen in awhile. It made me cry. It gave me hope there are still good people in the world and they are right in this store. Keep up the great work!

I was in the drive thru today, Lena was the person who took our order wearing a yellow sweater. She was very rude, no smiles no hi she took my order, I was about to ask for sauce for my nuggets but as soon as the payment was received she walked away. No thank you no nothing. It’s disappointing because we NEVER have been treated like that ever at any of these establishments. She made us feel like we were bothering her and I will not be returning.

If you haven’t been to the newest addition on Manatee Ave, you really should. They have 3 lanes. One is for the app or phone in orders. This is really the easiest way to get your food. Use the app, by planning and placing your order in advance. Drive up and food handed into your window.
They really do a great job here. The food is always good and hot.
