This one is very new and this is probably the first one I have been to one where my order was accurate. I usually always order sweet tea without ice and they always give me with my drink with ice… lol.
Service was very quick. Staff is very professional. Only issue I encountered was getting into the drive thru. I think they have to have better signage. I had to make a loop twice around the building to find the drive thru

Went in for lunch today. The cashier greeted me and was friendly enough. Just average friendly, not out of your way friendly. I sat and had my overpriced lunch which was 12 skimpy pieces of grilled nuggets, fries, and a cherry berry Sprite. Definitely was less than 12

I go up to get a refill and she gives me a regular Sprite, with no explanation that the cherry berry is not refillable. There is no signage that states this anywhere in the restaurant. If there is, I did not see it. The first refill was OK because there was still some syrup at the bottom so I didn’t complain.

At the end of my meal, I went to get another refill and was greeted by a male Manager who looked like he wanted to be somewhere else. No warmth, no friendliness, he was just there. I asked him for a refill and he asked me what I was having. I told him the Cherry berry Sprite. Without hesitation, he very rudely snapped at me and said “I Can give you the Sprite, but not the cherry berry”. I asked him if I could pay for it. Figuring, how much could they charge for a couple of squirts of syrup. He curtly explained that I would have to pay full price, another $3.50. At which point, I told him I would pass and just take a Coke.

I understand if it’s a policy but please post a sign somewhere. How about this? When I ordered it, don’t you think the girl should’ve said that you can’t get a refill??? Occasionally, I go to Charlie’s Cheesesteak. They have specialty lemonades and they will refill them without question or extra charge. I guess I need to stop giving my money to Chick-fil-A. I had once boycotted them for years. Don’t know why I went back. With the service they give today, I’ll spend my money someplace else

This has been the worst Chick-fil-A experience I’ve had. This is the second time my order has been messed up through the drive-thru, even after I clearly specified and they repeated it back. I ordered a spicy grilled chicken Cobb salad—how hard is that? To make it worse, instead of properly preparing it, they just slapped a whole chicken fillet on top and I had to cut it up myself. On top of all that, this is the only Chick-fil-A I’ve been to that does not offer a military discount. Very disappointed, and I will not be returning to this location.

This is the first time I have ever been disappointed with a Chick-fil-A. I typically go to the one closer to Cortez, but this one was on my way home. I went through the drive-through and by the time I got home, which is only two blocks away, my food was cold. Then I went to take a drink of my Sprite to find out that their syrup had run out and it was nothing but carbonated water. The drive-through line is definitely slower than the other Chick-fil-A’s. This location is more convenient, but I would rather drive a little farther for better quality food. I understand things happen, But when you’ve been working all day and Just want to eat and relax, it’s disappointing to have something like this happen.

While riding my bicycle in front of this Chick-fil-a on 11/14/2025, their Chick-fil-a flag next to the sidewalk blew over the sidewalk where I was riding. A hole on the bottom corner of the flag was just the right height where my handlebar end went right into it and it violently yanked me to the ground. It destroyed my brand new helmet (first day using it). I now have road rash on my shoulder, arm, and leg, and my ribs hurt too from the impact.

The only person from Chick-fil-a that came out to check on me was the girl that was taking orders at the drive-thru. She asked if I was ok, which I wasn’t as I stood there bleeding and in pain. I told her the cause of the crash due to their flag. She spoke to someone in the restaurant on her walkie talkie. A few minutes later another employee came outside and took down the flag and laid in down on the grass.

I had to go inside to ask for a manager to speak with her (Maribel) about it. I told her what happened and suggested that they remove the flags from the sidewalk area. She just apologized and didn’t even take down my information to file an incident report with their corporation, even though it was their flag that caused my wreck and injuries.

Now I have to buy a new helmet, since the impact of my head slamming onto the sidewalk cracked the helmet, and a new cycling jersey due to the fabric getting shredded from the impact on the concrete sidewalk. My cycling shoes got scraped up, but they still work.

So I ordered the cob salad and they gave me a salad with the eggs or anything else like the sundried tomatoes instead the gave me granola which was a hella disappointing and when I asked about the stuff had no idea whatci was talking about.

I don’t know who is struggling worse, this chick fil a or the new McDonald’s on 15th street. Everytime I come there seems to be an issue. Today I ordered a spicy deluxe and received it with no cheese. When I brought it back up the cashier said she just took it off becuase most people don’t like it on their sandwich even though I didn’t ask for that. Then they took my sandwich which had lettuce hanging out to the back to add the cheese and didn’t even make me a fresh one. Which means multiple hands touched the lettuce on my sandwich. The filet on my sandwich was half the size it usually is and I left hungry. Very disappointed in the experience I have here. No one seemed to know the menu either which was very odd. The bathroom was dirty as well.

I actually really like the food here.i always get the same thing. A chicken mini meal. Sometimes its 10 sometimes 4. Today it was 4. I asked for a fruit cup which I had to pay extra for instead of fries. The lady who took our order sorted the wrong name so when it time to get our food the lady handling our food was kinda rude. Not a big deal. Then my mom asked “Hey the fruit cup is in there right? We have everything?” She says yes. Smiles and says “yes I checked”. I get all the way home and lo and behold im missing items. I called and didnt get an answer. This isnt the first time I’ve ordered here and been missing items.

I love this chicfila so much . MarcAnthony and Bryan changed my life today when I came in. They have amazing customer service skills, I was genuinely blown away by how attentive , kind, and genuine they are.
I hope they are always appreciated for how awesome they are.

Today, December 19, 2025, around 10:00 a.m., I went to pick up an order at this Chick-fil-A and had a terrible experience.
Two employees laughed and talked about me right in front of me, as if I couldn’t understand what they were saying. It was extremely disrespectful, humiliating, and felt discriminatory.
No customer should ever be treated this way. This behavior does not reflect the values Chick-fil-A claims to stand for.
Management should seriously address this issue and retrain their staff.
