Visited this Chick-fil-A restaurant in February 2026. I have never experienced anything like it before, and I have eaten at MANY different Chick-fil-A locations! There is no dining room or restrooms. Primarily drive-thru only. There were 4 outdoor tables to eat at, and a hand sanitizer dispenser. You can order at the window or through the app. The weather was nice when we visited, so it worked out. They really need to provide customer restrooms. The food was good though. I only recommend for drive-thru patrons, of which there are many. It is sad that this location doesn’t care as much about dine-in customers.

This location has been remodeled! Love the double drive through lanes once you get to them. They continue through the delivery line and are covered for ordering and receiving. Several staff working each line to keep it working. New double walk through doors let delivery of food occur faster. Downside, no inside dining, a small outside eating area with order counter. Parking lot small and heavy traffic area. Difficult to get in and out due to how busy they are and the connecting major roadway and Walmart parking area. I still have chosen to wait in line for 15 min. Because I love their food and I can get a gluten free bun with any of their sandwiches. While the bun tastes great it is super crumbly, my secret is holding the bottom with a napkin and trying to brush off all the crumbs into the bag. When ordering GF you also need to ask for any sauces, mayo, BBQ , chik-fila sauce, etc.

Not really ideal, after the renovation that they did, it is now only drive-through. It makes no sense, as you either can eat at your house, eat outside with the four tables that they have, or eat in your car. I get this is a high traffic area, and hence why they did the drive-through only experience, but it honestly makes no sense. Nothing against the staff, or the Food. Both are amazing, obviously whoever is in charge of this franchise, prefers money over convenience. Convenience of an actual dining experience for the clients. Won’t be returning ever again, as there are other Chick-fil-A around the area that actually have a seating area. Maybe they should sign it properly, on their big sign saying it’s drive-through only. Oh – there are no refills either. Good revenue, at the cost of a normal dining experience.

I’m an avid Chick-fil-A customer, but LISTENNN this particular location consistently falls short in both service and food quality. The service is always noticeably slow, and the food does not give you the satisfaction you normally get. I’m not sure what vendor or practices this franchise uses, the nuggets are often soggy, the chicken batter is excessively salty, and the fries taste stale almost like cardboard. Something just seems off at this location, and unfortunately, these issues have happened more than once. If you’re looking for a better Chick-fil-A experience, I highly recommend the location near Alico Road. The service and food quality there are far more superior.

If I could give this location a 0 I would. Went in the drive thru for dinner and they forgot to put napkins straws and sauces we asked for when ordering. When u noticed said excuse me the girl that gave the order was just rude and didn’t once apologize just went on to say alright what you missing and snapping her fingers. I said excuse me and asked for the manager. The guy that came out wasn’t professional at all no one took accountability nor did he show empathy or apologize he reply just kept being ok ok ok I’ll talk to her. Chick-fil-A employees and managers are rude and have no customer service experience. Will not being retiring to this location they have lost a customer. I filed a complaint as well online and no one followed up.

No restrooms they should be ashamed to take millions of dollars from customers and not offer a restroom. Have to go next door Burger King to use restroom!
Boycott!!

What is the point of ordering a large size when all you do is put the regular size in a large container. I love chik fil a but this right here annoys me and it’s wrong and it’s every time

No dining room and NO REFILLS! Apparently “due to health code rules” this location does not offer refills. Is this location dirtier than others? If they cant offer refills, how about offer another cup of your beverage?
Avoid this location at all costs. McDonald’s is right up the road.

Subject: Deeply Disappointed and Confused by Inconsistent Discount Policy
Review: ★☆☆☆☆
As an active duty military member and a firefighter, I have always appreciated businesses that show consistent support for those who serve. Chick-fil-A has been one of them—until today.
I visited your location at [City, or specific location if known] and, when politely inquiring about a first responder/military discount, was flatly told they only offer discounts to police personnel. This was shocking and frankly embarrassing, as I have received a discount for my service at numerous other Chick-fil-A locations without issue.
The inconsistency is the real problem. How can one Chick-fil-A thank a firefighter for their service, while another tells them their service doesn’t qualify? It creates a feeling of disrespect and second-class status among the very community you claim to support. It’s not about the money—it’s about the principle and the recognition.
If Chick-fil-A as a company has a standard policy, it needs to be standard. If it’s left to individual franchise owners, then that should be made clear so service members don’t face this confusing and disappointing experience. Today, I left feeling unappreciated and confused, rather than valued as a customer and a public servant.
I expect better from a company with your reputation. Please clarify your policy and train your staff to respect all branches of service and first responders equally, or don’t offer the discount at all.

The classic chicken sandwich is my regular order, it was delicious, fresh, hot juicy and the chicken was twice the size of the piece you get at Cape Coral location.I haven eaten here 3-4 times in the last 6 weeks and this statement was true each time.Today I was in Cape Coral and the chicken was small warm and dry !!
