This is by the far the worst chick fil a I’ve ever been to. They just remodeled and it’s way worse. Cramped and no room to move. Disgusting and dirty. This location needs major help. Service is beyond absurd. Took 20 minutes to get order ahead mobile order.

It took an hour from the time I ordered till I finally got my food. I sat in line 45 minutes and then when I got up to get my food they couldn’t find it. Finally was told to pull forward into a waiting spot and waited there about 15 more minutes. All I got was the 8 piece nuggets and Mac and cheese. Live only about a mile. Got home and the chicken was tough and chewy. I would definitely not recommend this location.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent order. I received a sandwich with mold on the bread (see photo). This is completely unacceptable for a food establishment, especially one like Chick-fil-A that is known for quality and service. I had already taken a bite before noticing the mold, which is concerning for my health. I hope this issue is addressed immediately to ensure it doesn’t happen to other customers.

Worst drive thru setup for a Chick-fil-A that I have ever experienced. The drive thru blocks in guests and everyone is upset and beeping when the line doesn’t move. Took almost 20 minutes to get through the double circle required in order to get food. This was at 2pm on Monday July 7th.

Absolutely unacceptable experience at this Chick-fil-A.

When my girlfriend went through the drive-thru, the employee handed her a Coke with the lid not even properly secured. The drink immediately spilled all over the inside of her car. This was entirely preventable and clearly the result of careless handling at the window.

What made the situation even worse was the complete lack of accountability afterward. Not a single employee offered to replace the drink, help clean up the spill, or even acknowledge the mistake with a basic apology. Instead, she was left sitting in the parking lot for nearly 20 minutes cleaning soda out of her car herself.

Mistakes happen anywhere, but the way staff respond to them says everything about the level of customer service. The carelessness followed by the total lack of help or respect in this situation was incredibly disappointing.

Chick-fil-A usually prides itself on service, but this experience was the exact opposite of what the brand claims to represent.

I wont be returning to this location. This franchise gives the company a bad name after seeing their reviews and what I experienced tonight and cannot justify spending my hard earned money here. A terrible lack of kindness and empathy during my visit around 6:30 pm tonight from Vincent R, he knows what happened. With a manager acting the way he did you know it goes all the way up to ownership. I pray the owner and people running the show here pick up their cross. Best of luck to the kids that work for this company. Dont send me a chat gpt response to my comment. I’ll take an email address from ownership to discuss the details of my interaction thats recorded on my Dashcam.

Drive-through service:
1- I asked for strawberry shake and I got vanilla.
2- Bread was cold and old tasted,
3- Tomatoes was rotten,
I did a complain to the drive through girl out side and she didn’t listen to me, she gives me back my shake, she was lack of training costumers services, they don’t care. Horribly place, like poor country.

Used their drive thru for the first time, a young man named Cristian took my order for the GRILLED chicken sandwich meal. Picked it up and down the road towards the beach, I find a FRIED SPICEY chicken sandwich meal! I can’t eat it because I have GERD, gastroesphogus reflux. Not a happy customer! If I was close enough to go back I would have. Spent $11.63 for nothing! Be aware of your orders peeps!!!

At 4pm just sat in the drive for 30 minutes after they just reopened with a bigger drive thru, the workers were confused and taking order of our turn and then delivering random piece of your order to your car – the people behind got there food before we did. So disorganized and disappointed with the new set up- 10x slower than before!

This is the busiest Chick Fil A I’ve ever been too. Parking is a mad house, but they may be building a bigger lot. The service was efficient as possible but there was just so many customers! The bathroom was nice and clean, especially with the volume.
