I arrived for an early lunch and observed that the restaurant was not very busy, with very few customers present.
Upon approaching the service counter, I observed two employees engaged in a personal conversation, which appeared to divert their attention from attending to arriving customers, including myself.
One of the employees did recognize I was standing there and did take my order. ♀️ #Service #Order
I ordered the number one, a plan chick-fil-a sandwich with waffle fries in a diet lemonade.
The meal was not bad at all and also received a military discount. Thank you for the recognition.

Always missing items in the bag at this location. The order that I paid for is literally printed on the receipt. 6 years old can read receipts better than the folks working here. I have to always dig to the bottom of the bag to make sure everything is inside.

Went there Tuesday evening around 8pm, took the whole family via drive through. We ordered a lot of food. The only complaint I have which I rarely come on here to complain about businesses is about the Kale crunch salad… When I got it that night I had to pick black ended stems of kale out of my bowl like wayyy too many to count! After doing so I still decided it’s might be okay to eat thinking I got all the yuck out… I ate most of it regardless- lighting wasn’t the best. :/ When I go to get fast food I don’t want to eat only meat! I like to have FRESH vegetables when offered … I’ve ordered this for years never any issue….
Until Wednesday am. Went to bed fine no issues at all woke up at suddenly at 4am to rush to the bathroom and vomit all my dinner up! I ate at home and made my food from home all day for breakfast and lunch all fresh and whole foods, the only thing to have caused this was the Kale crunch salad!!!! I had no other symptoms of being sick and still don’t. I threw up a few times and was “okay”. This experience makes me not trust the food here… I’m so glad it wasn’t one of my young children.
I did come a week prior and got a cool wrap combo with the Kale Crunch as my side and It had some blackened ends on the kale pieces I didn’t think too much of it, thought it was just an off batch… Shrugged it off picked the yuck out and ate the rest but never got sick. Until Tuesdays batch….
I am mad I spent my money to give myself food poisoning over bad kale that should never have been served both times the kale was very obviously black and I don’t know who could miss it. I could’ve got back in line and came back but with how late it was and 4 kids I didn’t now I regret it.
Management needs to step it up and check the quality of what greens are being served to the public if Green Kale looks black anywhere on it, DO NOT SERVE IT! I Wish I had pictures of the kale. I come here too often and never complain. Sorry for the bad review but this isn’t acceptable!

I’m a raving fan of Chick-fil-A in general, but for this store in particular it’s been great food and great service and it’s always “their pleasure” when I’m there and I can tell by the stressed busy look on their face, it’s not really their pleasure… LOL… On a side note, however, I am absolutely shocked that when this store was closed for that lengthy period of time for remodeling, some engineer type individual did not come up with a way for traffic to be better routed and more customers orders to be fulfilled faster… Granted the line seems to move pretty good for the most part, but if you turn in from the main road that line that goes in towards the sprouts next to Chick-fil-A can be backed up all the way to the road because that restaurant drive-thru Lane. Is that full and people can’t even get through so I imagine that is a problem that really needs to be addressed

Always clean, very friendly staff, good food, has an indoor playground for the kids. The only problem is when they are so busy it is hard to find a table, but I guess that just proves how good the place is. The lady who was taking care of the lobby 2/7/26 at 1230pm was amazing, I didn’t get her name unfortunately

Used to come to this location all the time when I lived in the cape and it was great. Came into town and visited it twice last week. Both times I had items missing from my order and the staff unfortunately smells of a substance. Tried to call in multiple times to dispute my order and no one ever bothers to answer the phone. Pretty disappointed they swapped out their staff for people that do not care. Old staff was amazing! They never missed anything and were always friendly and attentive tube. Unfortunately we will not be back.

This. Is so busy with drive up service, but the customer service is so good they get through fast. Everyone loves this place and I go as much as possible when in the area. Great Food and love their Sunday closing policy, God’s day of rest.

This Chick-fil-A is the best. I was having the worst day of my life yesterday with my dad in the hospital nearby and exhausted and hungry, not only did they comp my meal, they also asked who they could pray for. 10/10 will drive out of my way just to support this Chick-fil-A. The service and workers couldn’t be better. One of the many reasons I love Chick-fil-A. They just made my horrible day just a little better. I decided to go back today and pay for my meal this time.
