This is one of the best Chick-fil-A restaurants I have been to in a while. They absolutely nailed the chicken sandwich here. The breading was the right amount. The chicken was tender and juicy. The chain is supposed to be known for consistency, but I can tell you that many other CFAs haven’t even come close to the sandwich I had here. My wife was a little disappointed with the side salad. It was basically just lettuce.
The restaurant is one of the larger ones with ample indoor seating and a children’s play area. Would definitely come here again.
The traffic light cycle for the access road was very short, so it can be a challenge getting in and out.

Obviously it’s no surprise that most chic Filas have outstanding customer service, but today it needs to be noted what an exceptional experience my visit was at this location. Mainly bc their leadership staff that took care of me w great detail and satisfaction.
Isaiah is who helped me, and I tell you what…, he was fantastic! What an incredible Well spoken young man. I’m not sure of his title at work, but he looked as if he ran the entire show. Knowledgeable, patient, energetic, well spoken and seems to be an all around top notch human being. I was blown away w how hospitable and enjoyable my simple ordinary visit was today thanks to such an incredible employee. I wish I could hire an ENTIRE staff of him in my business! WELL DONE ISAIAH AND CHICA CHICA WHAT WHAT!! 10/10

I wish this Chick-fil-A carried the same standard of excellence and quick-service that others do. I quit stopping at this one a couple years ago because it always took so long to get through compared to others. I thought I’d try my luck again today since there was hardly a line for breakfast…couldn’t get through in less than 20 minutes 🙁 very sad that this one hasn’t updated its drive-through services to match the quality and level that we all know the company can uphold.

Had an excellent experience at Chick-fil-A today! The chicken sandwich was absolutely delicious and perfectly seasoned and cooked just right. What really stood out was the outstanding customer service. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and one employee even wished me to “have a blessed day,” which really added a personal touch to the visit.
The atmosphere was lovely and inviting; you can tell this location takes pride in creating a positive dining environment. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Great food combined with exceptional service – this is why I keep coming back to Chick-fil-A. Highly recommend!

Ordered online about 25 -30 minutes ago. Food isn’t ready. It turns out that, when you order online at home, they don’t prepare your order until you walk im and let them know you are here. Asked twice for an update. Employees both walked past me both times without a response. Now, it’s been 40 minutes. Finally, someone else notices how long I’ve been waiting, jumps on the order and gets it out super fast. Tries to tell me the best option to order online and explains the app process. He didn’t even know that customers can order online. That’s terrible training. This one-star review is on the process, the person who supposedly put in my order when I got there and the two who kept ignoring me. The fourth person was excellent.

Just picked up 4 combo meals and 2 ice creams to go. We ordered our food online. And then when we got there to pick it up we parked in the parking area where it said pick up and there was a number on the sign. We just text the number of the parking spot we were in. It is a very busy location and place but everything seemed to be pretty efficient. Food tasted fresh and the ice cream made it home without melting because it was all packed very well. Overall just very impressed. I would recommend this Chick fil A at the Davenport location on 27

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this Chick-fil-A location. I am seven months pregnant and drove 40 minutes specifically to visit this store. I politely asked the team lead, Albie, if my food could be made fresh. He told me that they do not make food fresh off the grill and that they could not drop fresh nuggets upon request.
This response confused me because after speaking with the store director and contacting three other Chick-fil-A locations, I was informed that preparing fresh food upon request is possible.
Throughout the interaction, I felt dismissed and disrespected. Based on the tone, refusal to accommodate a reasonable request, and the way the situation escalated, I left feeling as though I may have been racially profiled, the treatment I received felt different from what I have observed other customers receive.
My food ended up being extremely stale. After escalating the issue to the director, I was told it would be resolved. However, Albie later claimed that I used inappropriate language toward him, specifically alleging that I used a vulgar term. That accusation is completely false. Based on that claim, I was denied a refund.
Additionally, Albie initially stated that the director was not present in the store at the time, which was untrue, as I later spoke directly with the director in person.
The conflicting information, dishonesty, and lack of professionalism were very concerning. As a paying customer, I simply requested fresh food and expected respectful treatment. Instead, I left feeling disrespected, unheard, and unfairly characterized.
I respectfully request that this situation be reviewed, including camera footage and any available documentation, to clarify what actually occurred.
Due to this experience, I do not plan to return to this location.

great food , great service no matter the time of the day . i was running behind from work and wasnt able to make it to the grocery store so i called my fiance and she said she wanted here . i showed up around 9:42 and the server named Shane customer service was still exceptional .

Just had door dash deliver my lunch. The ticket was correct on the bag but the whole oder was incorrect. Only think they got right were the sauces and the drink. When I reported it in door dash all they did was refund me 11 dollars and some change from a a 28 dollar order. Very disappointed in this restraunt.
