We went to Chick-Fil-A tonight for dinner, on their opening day, 3/5/26 & surprisingly the drive-thru line wasn’t as long as we thought it was going to be, but the parking lot was packed! They did only have one lane open in the drive-thru to order, & another lane for in-app ordering, & there was only one gentleman taking the drive-thru orders & he was very pleasant. The staff handing out the food at the window area were pleasant as well, & they looked focused on ensuring a smooth drive-thru process with accuracy. I purchased the cookie to test my luck with the free chick-fil-a for a year because the gentleman who took my order said they hadn’t passed the last one out yet, unfortunately, I didn’t win , but I also got one of the reusable cups to double my chances with a gold cup, & this is where I was disappointed… my cup bag was partially open when they handed it to me, so it wasn’t much of a surprise or “blind bag”, since the opening was so big, you could clearly see what cup you were receiving . The cup was cute & seems like a heavy duty plastic material, but looks like styrofoam. The food was fresh, & hot & they gave me my extra honey mustard sauce. The building is very beautiful & clean! I hope it stays this way & that this location is very prosperous. We will definitely be back, especially with my Chick-Fil-A obsessed kids! Congrats on the opening & welcome to the neighborhood, we are very blessed to have you ❤️

Had a great time at the grand opening. Inside is nice and spacious, employees were kind and attentive, there is no play place but a cute little kids corner my kids enjoyed sitting at. Food was good as always.

Ordered a chicken egg and cheese sandwich and got no chicken on my sandwich. Called the store and it said to press one if you had a problem with your order rang and rang. Said we have our helping other guests then please leave a message then it said this mailbox is full and cannot accept new messages. Real great customer service terrible.

Friendly personnel. I love the cobb salad.the strawberry hibiscus with sprite drink is delicious. They also serve the drink with lemonade instead of sprite, simply delicious and refreshing.
