Only gave us 28 nuggets in the box of 30. It was evident “short” when we opened box esp as the chicken pieces were on small side. Come on… pls at least get the order right, dont nickel and dime the customers. Also the bathroom (men) was very dirty. Date of visit Feb28.

Parents, you can only come inside and order from the app or scan a code to do it from your phone at the table or you wait for a team member to take your order at the table when I came in the team. Member was an older lady just walking around making sure to avoid eye contact so she wouldn’t have to ask if you need any help. It’s like she doesn’t want to take an order or explain to you that you need to sit down for her to take your order and I seen her do it to me. I didn’t take it personal and then I seen her do it to another older man who came in so confused. Terrible service rude old lady walking around trying hard to avoid helping people

When ordering through the drive through line. We always ask for extra chick fil A sauce. We never received it. Not only that the person taking our order asked twice so we knew for sure we would have extra sauce. Nope once again one sauce per order. Then you ask again when receiving your order. Truth be told.. it’s Chick-fil-A the food is the same all the time no matter where you go but when I tell you you cannot come here for breakfast because you’ll be stuck waiting and waiting. I get that it’s a bunch of minimum wage teenagers with no where in particular to be but I can assure you no one is in line for food at 6am wants to be serviced by AN ENTIRE TEAM shuffling their feet. I don’t know if they didn’t have a manager up front directing them but I have had a similar sour experience in the evening where they just don’t manage the flow well WHEN THE FOOD IS ALL THE SAME!!!! I wanted to leave more than I wanted the food this morning but I couldn’t because I was stuck in line from ORDERING AHEAD!

Worst service ever in Chick-fil-A history came in and realize that if you are not placing a mobile order or sitting down waiting for a team member to come over to you, your order will not be taken until 20 minutes later. They really need to go back to having cashiers And making the experience About the customer and not about the money. Then after 45 minutes of waiting One of the team members had placed my food on a rack And it got cold and when I finally did get my food, it had hair in it. Why are the people that are handling my food not wearing hairnets. Then I had to wait another 25 minutes for them to fix my order they had forgot about me Had to remind them again, who I was, and why I was still waiting! They did nothing to try to fix their problem! Definitely will not be returning back to this Chick-fil-A.

Ok CFA, you never fulfill sauce requests! 100% of my orders are filled wrong, that destroys the very idea you have good service. This is pervasive, I have been to CFA in different cities and you guys seem to get orders and things wrong a lot everywhere. I know you are busy but there are a legion of workers doing nothing but assembly. We know you par cook the chix in batches and must assemble sandwiches periodically. Take 10 secs to make the order right plz? I think Pollo Campero grilled and fried sandwiches have more flavor. Yes I am saying it, CFA is not the be all end all of chicken or Chix sandwiches and if you think they are drive to Tampa and give it a try. Actually Pollo Campero also has higher yelp and tripadvisor scores than most CFA. In lakeland though IDK, it might be a CFA town, Popeyes wants again to argue about sauces (even if I am willing to pay like 25-40 cents o

I feel bad because Kai at this location knows when I see him its always you forgot to add sauces and I am missing something like Mac and Cheese. Yesterday, my wife and I we went in to get breakfast, they were still 15 minutes left before breakfast was over. We waited after the woman took our order at the table for over 25 minutes. I finally got up and went to talk to someone up at the counter. I was told that they have stopped making breakfast and that there was nothing they could do with it after charging my card. They have excuses after excuses they said they had new software I did software for my business and I did software for my one of my livelihoods, my jobs. There’s no excuse if you’re gonna send down new software you need to test it first I will not be going back to this location, we frequented it quite a bit and just poor service and I really believe that Chick-fil-A has gone down in their service.

The last two times that I have purchased in the morning to get breakfast this week I was missing my hash browns, and then today I’m missing part of my breakfast. I got a number two four count, and it was missing a piece of chicken and all the bread was all broken apart and super cold. I have always had a good experience but this week twice had a bad experience. I took a picture just in case.
