This Chickfila is one of my favorite locations. Much better than the one in Seminole. The staff are extremely friendly here and pride themselves on great service. Food is always quality. I’ve never really had an issue with an order either.

I have been to this location multiple times now and I have never had such a terrible consistent experience with the Chick-fil-A ever before. As someone who goes to Chick-fil-A multiple times each week, I find myself not wanting to ever go back to this location. Just to further explain the situation that just happened as this has happened before, I waited 30 minutes for chicken nuggets to be cooked for me to get home and do not have my complete order. I would highly suggest to drive to a further location other than this if you want to experience a Chick-fil-A the way a Chick-fil-A should be

LIZ offered me inside service today because the drive thru line, however convenient, is too longgg for to wait. Liz made their signature Sunjoy® with tea and lemonade for my taste with UNsweet tea and DIET lemonade. Even though this breakafst menu offers sausage and muffins, I gotta go with chicken minis. YUM!

I have eaten at this location several times. The staff always does such a great job. Orders are always correct. The food is good. Fries are hot! Service is quick! Customer is always great! Thanks guys!

Once again I’m disappointed by this location. The fries were old, not fresh or hot at all. The employees all seem like they hate their job. Corporate, are y’all listening??? This location is single-handedly destroying your otherwise solid reputation for good fast service and fresh yummy food. Only “good” thing, they gave me an ungodly amount of sauce for 3 entrees (2 of them kids’ meals)

This place is doing and getting worse each time I come here to eat with my Kids! They are lowering the quality Service and the amount of Food is getting smaller but the Prices are going up ! I am thinking to quit coming here if they don’t improve their Service and appreciate their Customers more because Customers don’t depend on Chick-Fill- A but rather the other way around !

Never good when I go here. I dont think ive gone once before when they got my small meal right or weren’t just crazy rude.
I know not to ever go to this Chick-fil-A
But unfortunately I did today.
Awful. Ordered 2 spicy biscuits, the lady on the voice machine sucked her teeth and was pushy. Get to the window, mind you there was only 2 vehicles in the drive through, and the dude gave me someone’s order. I told him, he snatched the bag from my hands and basically threw my bag at me.
I then get home to eat, and despite them both having a spicy chicken wrapper, they were both regular.
I dont write reviews often if ever- but this place is so particularly awful i feel the need to publicly announce it so that others dont ruin their day.

This place has consistent poor customer service. I always say I’m going to give it another try, but I will drive to the new one by Tyrone before I go to this one anymore. Sauces constantly going from their hands on top of fries in our bags that is pretty disgusting if you ask me. As well as orders not being correct every time I have gone through the drive-thru.Especially evening hours a bunch of young kids no good evening how are you no my pleasure thank you. I wonder if the owner of this franchise knows how their restaurant is being ran.
