I recently visited the Chick-fil-A on W Waters Ave and had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, making the dining experience pleasant from start to finish. The food was delicious, as always, with the chicken sandwich being perfectly cooked and the waffle fries crispy and fresh. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, which added to the overall positive experience. Despite being busy, the service was quick, and my order was accurate. Additionally, their Christmas decorations were great, adding a festive and cheerful atmosphere to the visit. Highly recommend this location for anyone looking for great food and excellent service.

Placed a simple order for an egg white grilled burrito and got a burrito with a piece of sausage and a sprinkle of cheese. The best part was they pulled me to the front of the drive through and made me wait an extra 10 minutes for this embarrassment of a burrito. Picture below because if not you wouldn’t believe it.

Updates: I recently received a call from Chik Fil A acknowledging and apologizing for the below occurrence. They explained it was technology issue and I received a refund and reward due to my experience from Sept 1st. Happy they acknowledgement and try to make it right, it would have been nice to happen sooner but I’m understanding.

I frequent this Chick-fil-A often, but the management here has really gone downhill. On Sept 1, I placed a mobile order before 9AM. The app and voicemail both showed the store as open, my order was confirmed, and payment showed processed.

When I arrived and checked in, no one came out. After waiting 15 minutes, I went to the door and saw a sign saying they don’t open until 10:30. Nowhere online, on the phone, or in the app was this updated. To make it worse, I later got an email saying my order was “delivered” even though I never received it.

When I called, I was told they “forgot” to update their hours and stop app orders. This is frustrating and unacceptable, customers shouldn’t have to waste their time and money just to find out the store isn’t open. Wasted bunch of time this Saturday only to find out they were closed.

On the way from the hotel to the office, I was the one driving, which meant breakfast was entirely my call. This morning, that meant Chick‑fil‑A. At 7:15 there were a few other early customers waiting on their meals, but the crew inside was already in full stride. They moved quickly, stayed cheerful, and had us back in the car in about ten minutes, which felt like the perfect start to the day.

I ordered the Number One, the classic Chicken Biscuit, and it was exactly what I wanted. The chicken was a big, juicy piece with plenty of flavor, and the biscuit was light and fluffy without leaving a trail of crumbs across my desk later. The hash brown rounds were crisp, warm and just salty enough to make them addictive. It all came together as the ideal mix of protein, carb and fat to get my morning moving in the right direction.

Arguably one of the lowest chic fil a experiences I have ever had. My order was wrong to start, proper receipt on bag but wrong sandwich altogether, which is an accident and things happen no big deal. Brought it up to the front and they immediately remade the order fresh with the correct sandwich, but when it comes to table it was still wrong. This is a bit much to have 2 mistakes in a row but it happens, people are human, but what was shocking was within the 20 mins I was inside the store was the large number of people that had come inside with incorrect or completely wrong orders. While this doesn’t define the chic fil a brand as a whole it clearly has missed the mark somewhere. The restaurant itself was very clean and staff members were all very friendly and welcoming, getting incorrect orders shouldn’t be a thing to this extent. There was plenty of staff inside the store so I’m not sure if it was a new hire group or something to that nature but this particular location doesn’t compare to the multiple that are nearby and I personally have not had an experience this far off.

ABSOLUTELY disgusting.
I have trusted this chick-fil-a for TWENTY YEARS and they have NEVER disappointed me until today. I ordered a Chick-fil-a deluxe, medium fry, and mac and cheese.
The sandwich was NOT what i ordered, they SPIT in my food, and whoever served me for curbside had awful breath!!!! They ALSO decided to say I had a “great rack”!?!?!?!? I am almost 65!!!!!!!!!!! I do not deserve this!!!!!

I’m in love with Chick fil A!!! My boyfriend was extremely happy with the fact that they offer gluten-free buns.

The mini hashbrowns/tator tots are delicious, and the services at this place is really great.

Must be training day today the leads in black are unprofessional to reprimand someone in front of a customer is insane. Pull them off the floor and relay the message simple. The drive through wait was 20 minutes, probably because the ditsy girl handing off orders is more worried about socializing. The hiring manager needs better training on the staff they pick.
