Thank you Chick-Fil-A for the AMAZING job with the Christmas lights. Talk about a WOW factor! The food is always excellent. The service is magnificent! But what I LOVE the most are your Christmas decorations. The exterior looks so magical. You truly have done an incredible job and I just wanted to say thank you for been awesome. You guys truly care about the community and about your customers and it shows. This is why I don’t mind driving an hour to your location “in the evenings” so that we can enjoy the Christmas lights while we enjoy a fun dinner. If you guys have not seen the Christmas lights at night time, I would recommend that you go out of your way to check them out. Life is short, enjoy each moment and don’t fuss about the small stuff. Oh I also wanted to say thank you Chick-Fil-A for the lovely fresh flowers that you have at each of the tables. You won’t see that many restaurants with fresh flowers lately, so the fact that you have fresh flowers on each of the tables is a nice touch. Thank you.

The service, food, and, atmosphere were utterly Devine. I ordered Chicken nuggets fries and a vanilla milk shake. It was made to perfection the service from the order taker to the young lady that handed me my food filled me with joy, they were so nice. I look forward to visiting this Florida location whenever I am here!

First time at this location. The building was beautifully decorated with curtains of Christmas lights. Service is friendly and very efficient, as is typical for Chick-fil-A. The only thing I would I suggest is if the order takers walk down the line and take orders early, that they carry a menu with them, or the location display a physical menu earlier anticipating this. I’m not always ready yet, or remember the exact name of the thing I want without seeing the menu in front of me. Other locations do this too sometimes and it becomes an awkward, pressured interaction.

Sorry to say, Chick-fil-A has joined the ranks of fast food places where orders are bungled. I used the app to order dinner. I decided to try out the new Pretzel Cheddar Club meal. I picked it up in their online order line, which was efficient. When I got home and opened up my sandwich, it looked great with just one problem. There was no chicken in it. Just lettuce, cheese, a tomato, bacon and a bun. Luckily I had some turkey from the Publix deli on hand so I improvised. Things like this happen, but usually not at Chick-fil-A. Also, our kale salads didn’t have the almonds included, although it said they were on the receipt. I like their food so I’ll likely be back, but in this economy I’m not going to drive away until I open up each item and check it over.

Always a great experience at most Chick Fil A’s but this one exceptional. The staff is ALWAYS friendly and they always go above and beyond. The events hosted at this location are also always fun, for adults and children! This location is definitely our favorite… not to mention the orders are always perfect and fresh!

I can honestly say that I will not be going back to my favorite restaurant any longer. I love the people at Chick-fil-A. I love what they stand for but their quality of food has bit the dust. I ordered a three-piece chicken strip in the Box is much smaller and so are the strips. Truett would be so disappointed in what Chick-fil-A is turning out to be.

I’ve been to many Chick-fil-A locations, but this one is truly the best. Ever since I downloaded the app, the manager has been incredibly generous and often sends us extra treats — we really appreciate it! The service is always fast, the staff is super friendly, and the food is consistently fresh and delicious.
I’m honestly surprised to see any low ratings because every visit we’ve had has been excellent. This location definitely deserves more recognition!
