I’ve been going to the Chick Fil A for a while now and before it use to be great, but for some reason recently I feel like they’ve been cutting corners with the quality of food they are putting out. I’ve let certain things slide but my order today has shown me they no longer care about service, they care more about just getting things out as fast as possible. I ordered 2 salads this week and the lettuce is wilted/redish like it’s been sitting in the package for a while, and is starting to look OLD. Today for order I’m eating my salad and I find a piece of macaroni in the salad. I’m not sure what’s going on, but I wouldn’t expect that. Needless to say they need to do better about what they’re serving and not just giving whatever is availabe. Also they should consider using SEPERATE strainers when they are washing the food/ pasta.

Worst chic fil a I’ve ever gone to. The drive thru workers (the order takers) are so slow and rude. There was only one blonde kid who seemed to know what he was doing, the rest were a mess. I was at the menu waiting for my turn to order, there was a worker who came right up to the menu to fix his hair, he looked at me and proceeded to ignore me and take the order of the car behind me. I patiently waited for him to slowly take their order and when I saw he was done I honked and signaled him over yet I was ignored AGAIN and he just kept walking to the car behind that one. I didn’t want to block the drive thru so I left the drive thru to go inside, the inside workers were just as bad in there. The poor girl who took my order seemed so frustrated, she went to get my tea and there was none so she had to stock it, also no sauce she had to stock that too, poor girl seemed to be doing everything herself. I think no one but that girl will make it very far in other careers.. talk about bad work ethic. I’m not one to complain about service when it’s busy because I know it’s a demanding job but a lil hospitality goes a long way, especially at a chic fil a.

We stopped in for a quick bite and we really enjoyed lunch. My wife had a fresh crisp cob salad and i ordered the deluxe spicy crispy chicken sandwich. Chicken was tasty but we were most impressed with how clean the restaurant was and how polite the staff was. They are better than most fast food restaurants.

My Wife and I were craving sandwiches and fries, so we decided to go to Chick-fil-A for takeout. I parked my car and walked up to the server to place our order. We got a medium fries and a Chicken Deluxe sandwich.
The service was good and we only had to wait for 10 minutes before our food was ready. It was still hot and the quality was good. The sandwich was amazing and definitely our favorite chicken sandwich.

This is the 3rd time I have ordered a wrap and get to work and have no dressing in the bag. Even after they ask me what type of dressing id like and it being on 3 separate receipts just not to receive it , Seriously

I love this place! And I have to say the food is good and it’s the healthiest thing I get for my kids! Today I brought them promising them a toy in their meal, and we received these letters! They could be a game, but the first thing my son said when he received them was “it’s not a toy.” I think they should think more about a child’s feelings when they make a “kids meal.”

It’s been a while since we stopped at Cf. We really enjoy their food. We went through drive through with two lanes. Staff was on point for being busy for lunch. A vehicle was blocking both lanes so a bit frustration. After a bit vehicle moved and our experience continued. Spicy pollo sandwich was tasty!
