Waited for over 25 minutes for a kiosk order. Finally got the food and half of it was missing. It was a moderately large order for 4 people and only 2 got what they actually ordered. Received attitude and disrespect for asking where the rest of our food was. Unacceptable.

Hellooo!!!!! Visiting the city from miami beach for The Rolling Stones concert, we waited for almos one hour until this chick fil a location opened at eleven am to find out that they do not serve the regular menu. Only three options. I asked for tomatoes and the answer was no tomatoes in house.

The food was not fresh at all. Fries were disgusting because they felt like plastic. The chicken was not well cooked and I had a terrible experience eating here. Better go to a chick fil a off-campus.

Just went to Chic fa la expecting the good service I normally receive. The lady didn’t put in half of my order and I had to go all the way around again, which isn’t a big deal. But once I told one of the employees what happened they said the sandwich was on them. I got to the window and the lady was extremely rude to me and told me I needed to pay for the sandwich. So I paid for the sandwich and still was stuck in a very unorganized line for around 10 mins.
