So I ordered through Uber Eats and I’ve already taken up with them their responsibility in this but that doesn’t absolve this store from making delivery orders and then letting them just sit until they are picked up. My fries taste stale like bad oil and to illustrate how long my order had been sitting, the ice in my drink was completely gone and it was lukewarm and watered down. If you are going to allow delivery seeivces to pick up food you need to figure out how to make sure it’s not sitting there 40 minutes before it’s even picked up.

We were coming back from an event and stopped at Chick-fil-A for a quick salad. We went through the drive-thru and ordered the Grilled Spicy Chicken Salad with Avocado Ranch.

We got our salad at the next window and enjoyed a delicious salad for dinner. It was well-made with fresh ingredients and it satisfied our hunger. Besides the salad, we’ve also tried their Chicken Sandwiches in the past, and they’re pretty famous for those.

We stopped by for breakfast, not much to say, its Chick-fil-A. Service was on par as other ones, pleasant and courteous. That’s about it, nothing really outstanding just wanted a quick breakfast.

We stopped for a late breakfast. The customer service, compared to other Chick-fil-A locations was not up to standard. Our meal orders were incomplete, we had to pay for the missing items, no communication and attempt to offer options. The staff was on their phones which was somewhat unusual for Chick-fil-A restaurants. The men’s bathroom definitely needs some cleaning. I want to three tables that were all sticky, had food on the tables and seats. The sauce collection basket is a great idea. The food was tasty and hot. My personal score a 4.1.

So to me, Chick-fil-a has had the reputation of professionalism and a clean atmosphere. Not to mention outstanding food/presentation. Well for the year Ive been here the chick-fil-a at 2349 Sun Vista Dr., Lutz Fl ( store location # 03508, Cypress Creek ) their service is more focused on quantify versus quality. Maybe it’s the demand and so many customers that that are going in and out. But every time i’ve gone they’ve gotten my breakfast order wrong. It’s usually not fresh. Not hot. And i ask for extra cheese and they give me a hard time. I usually go through the drive through, get my food, and have to end up parking and walking inside so they would correct my order. Which I will agree, Most of the managers happily correct my order… I just wish they would work on quality more …. Also, I think they need to change their verbiage on receipts. I don’t know why they would write “red flag” but it’s super offensive!

edit::okay guys it is now october 25,2025, this^was 3 weeks ago.. today i order on uber eats, no pickle chicken sandwich, i unfortunately open up a bag with 3 pickles soaked into my bun, ugh so close guys! my chicken was crispy tho! jeez, i work in food service too and im only saying this bc ive been inside the store and ordered online and something is always wrong my boss would hate me

Every time I come to this Chick-fil-A, the experience is solid. The staff is always friendly, professional, and fast, even when the line is long. Food is consistently fresh and hot. My order is accurate almost every visit, which is rare for fast food these days. The place is clean, organized, and you can tell they actually care about customer service. This is how all fast food should run. Definitely one of the best Chick-fil-A locations around.
