This is the best Chick fil A I have ever been to. The staff is great, the food has been perfect every time, and the inside is such a great vibe. I have seen the operator, Josh, every single time I have been in there. He clearly takes pride in his restaurant. The one time I had a mix up with my food, they fixed it immediately, apologized profusely, and then Josh checked on me and made sure that everything was fixed and also apologized. Seriously love this location. They will swap my son’s toy out for ice cream as well. I think this is a normal thing, but in all my years of eating at Chick fil A, I didn’t know this was a thing until this location opened. He’s specifically wanted me to say thank you for putting chocolate syrup on his ice cream 🙂 They always have someone running around the lobby cleaning up and making sure everyone is taken care of. It’s conveniently (not for my checkbook) right across the street from my house too!! Thank you for an incredible location. We will definitely be continuing our regular visits.

This is a great Chick-fil-A. It’s very clean and welcoming. The food is great. There have been several different occasions our fries have been forgotten, but they always bring them right out when we mention it. Our kids LOVE the playground! They always keep things fun and creative with trivia or bingo nights, there’s fun window paintings. This is one of our favorite locations. but it can be a little tricky to get to depending on what direction you’re coming from and if you’re familiar with the area – you do have to enter from the Lowe’s parking lot.

We love this location. You can absolutely tell that the owner goes above and beyond to make sure this Chick-fil-A team is integrated with community events and the culture. The play area was thoughtfully designed as there are many young families in Trinity and Odessa. It’s very clean inside. Typically I hit the drive through for quick bites any at FF place, but this one I always stop inside. This has been added to our weekly rotation by request my kids!

I stopped by this brand-new Chick-fil-A, and to say I was impressed would be an understatement. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that the staff genuinely enjoy the environment they work in, and that positive energy shows in their service.
The atmosphere at this location truly stood out. A lot of thought was clearly put into creating a welcoming, community-focused feel—something you don’t always expect from a large food chain. The Christmas decorations were beautifully done, both outside throughout the parking lot and fully throughout the interior, adding a warm and festive touch.
They also have a wonderful kids’ play area that looked exceptionally clean and well maintained. As a parent, that level of cleanliness and attention to detail makes a huge difference, and it’s reassuring to know that providing a safe, clean environment for families is a priority here.
All around, hats off to the owners and staff. You can tell they take great pride in this location, and it’s exciting to see such a thoughtfully designed space for the community to enjoy.

Chick-fil-A Odessa always delivers. The staff is friendly, fast, and genuinely welcoming, and the service is consistently great. The restaurant is clean, comfortable, and has a great family-friendly vibe.

Love this location! I work next door and come here more than I’d like to admit. The owner is so nice and gives a lot to the community. Everyone that works there is nice as well. Every order is always right. I love that there’s a play area for kids, I haven’t seen one at a chick fil a before! All the Christmas decorations are so cute and fun also. Odessa is lucky to have them!

We prefer the quiet atmosphere of this location. At other Chick Fil A locations I can expect to wait in the drive through. This one is never busy and has always gotten our order correct. We stop in semi-often because of the service!!
