Yesterday, I babysat a family friend’s two kids while her and her husband prepared for the delivery of their third. We stopped by this Chick-fil-A for lunch and I’m so glad we did because the owner operator made it such a great experience. He initially came by just to check on how we were doing. He talked with us for a minute, and then left. I wasn’t expecting anything else but a few minutes later, he came back with this board game and a few of these food cards for mom, dad, and the kids once they get discharged from the hospital. Me and the kids were ecstatic about that but once he noticed it was one of the kids’ birthdays because she had a little sash on, he brought them ice cream as well. Truly unbeatable customer service and investment from an owner. I don’t live in the area but I would come back just to support this location again!

Martin made our experience the most enjoyable we’ve ever had at a Chick-fil-A. He takes great pride in his job and serving others. We complimented him and he gave praise to the manager that hired him , got him a peppermill and fresh flowers for the dining room. We were traveling through and thought we’d stop for a quick bite. I wish this was my hometown Chick-fil-A, I’d go to see Martin everyday. What a bright light in a dark world.

On October 4th, I purchased two 12 count meals w/ two frosted lemonades. This was my first time at this location. Upon receiving my food, I parked in the parking lot and dispersed the food to my daughter and drove off. As we were driving, I began to eat my waffle fries; Please be advised that the fries are big so you cannot see the bottom of the tray. As the fries became less, I noticed something black at the bottom of the tray. At the time I was not alarmed by it because I figured it was a burnt fry. Under close observation I discovered it was a millipede! I began to vomit and returned to the restaurant and asked for a manager. Upon speaking to the TEAM LEADER, Marcos I explained to him what happened, and he took the fry tray and returned and said, “Under my investigation it is IMPOSSIBLE”! My question is how and why would I place this in my food? He took no accountability or even apologized! He was rude and very condescending from the very beginning. I called Chik-Fil-A Care and notified them of the incident and asked for a callback to discuss this. I never received a call but received an e-mail from Brent Ripple stating, “but it sounds like that didn’t happen this time.” I would NEVER lie about something of this magnitude, and I WILL NEVER EAT CHIK-FIL-A again!

I happened to overhear a team member named Marvin helping a client, his customer service was completely impressive! I don’t know how Chick-fil-A does it but they seem to find excellent people and have them do exceptional work. They should be proud of Marvin and his openly caring attitude, friendly demeanor and customer-centric work ethic!

Stopped in for a quick meal for the kids before the beach. Managers and workers here are wonderful. Even Marvin helped us out after we dropped our milkshake and got us another one even though we were willing to pay for a replacement. Great location for service and pre beach food!

Just finished lunch and writing this review before leaving. Wish there was an option for ten stars under the service category. Kudos to the management and training team assigned to this location. Each one of the employees I interacted with today couldn’t have been more polite, courteous and professional. Thanks for making a midweek fast food lunch stop a phenomenal customer experience.

The food was great as always and I had to post a review highlighting one of their employees, Marvin. Marvin took my order and is such a friendly and kind gentleman. It was great to see him later interacting in the dining room with other customers, ensuring everyone had everything they needed. He stopped to check in on me and even remembered my name from when I ordered! He embodies the customer service Chick-fil-A is known for. Thank you Marvin and the entire team at this location!

They got my kids order wrong. Didn’t see until we got home. I’m hoping they will refund that part of my order at least. My chicken sandwich was also very mid and I wish I hadn’t eaten it, but I was hungry.

Service was meh, but they did get us through the line quickly. Unfortunately, the quickness in the line resulted in them not checking the order. My kids were supposed to get Mac n cheese and were sadly given grilled nuggets.

I repeat grilled. Nuggets. Imagine the horror and crying that ensued when we got home.

Not on this store, but the corporate woman who took my complaint was also very unhelpful.

I just think chick fil a is officially very mid and as the kids would say a 67.
