Great fast food restaurant! My burger came without sauce, but it was still absolutely delicious you can really taste the real chicken. The fries also seemed freshly made, not frozen, and were very tasty. My order was ready in just 2 minutes. The place is clean, the restroom is well maintained, and it smells nice inside. The staff were friendly and polite. Definitely better than McDonald’s. Highly recommend!

It has been 5 days(Tuesday) since I first contacted Chic-Fil-A customer service about this incident. I then contacted them again on Wednesday and Friday, but STILL NO REPONSE from the store and no refund for the food I had to throw away. After taking the food back to a house I was working at(about a 5 minute drive) I opened up the CLOSED bag. I then started eating a fry, upon eating the fry I notice a roach starts climbing out the bag. By time I got the photo of the roach it had already made it to the top exterior of the bag. I’ve never had this happen to me at any other fast food restaurant before and chic-fil-a would be the last place I expect this to happen. 5 days later and I can’t even get a call back about this situation is ridiculous. We are talking about a ROACH here and they haven’t taken matters into their own hands. Something needs to be done because if not it can and will happen to the next paying customer. There’s no excuse. I will never be eating at this location again.

Always quick and easy, with drive through, ordering ahead on the app and the newer moblie through line (order on the app first). Went recently for their birthday celebration “special” but I go when I’m nearby.
They have a good variety of food, and I believe they have items that are labeled for specific dietary restrictions, not too positive though on that.

I came in to Chic fil A and placed a mobile order. I waited for 10 minutes and went to the counter to figure out why I hadn’t heard my name being called out. My food was ready but nobody made in effort to let me know. A manager and two employees just played in each others hair (literally) while I stood by my food and waited to be acknowledged.. which took about 5 minutes. The manager looked directly at me, turned away, and stared at a screen with no food in the window or cars waiting on food. Literally ignored me. I called to notify a manager above who I saw in the store and she refuses to allow me speak to anyone. She claims she’s the store manager, which she stated clearly when asked. She says “there no higher manager than me.” I asked her questions and she answers “yeah.” Very insincere. The vibe in Chic Fil A was different and very unprofessional. Maely was the ONLY person to acknowledge me and assist. Even offering to upsize my drink free of charge. Maely needs a raise and a promotion. Everyone else needs to be re-trained.

This location truly needs to train their employees. I’ve never had a problem at any other location if something is missing; they simply replace it and keep moving. I asked the employee for chicken strips on the side, and he said he didn’t think he could do that. I told him why not, and he proceeded to tap on the tablet and said he got it. I received my salad with a chicken filet instead. When I went inside, I kindly asked for what I wanted, but why do I have to give my credit card to have what I ordered in the first place? Pure ignorance I will not come back.

#1 choice for chicken nuggets and waffle fries , amongst the entire menu !! love the consistency , simplicity , and variety !! chick-fil-a is a great quick stop go-to that is next level compared to competitors . always polite service and almost like a crisp clean atmosphere . my only negative remark is recycled napkins (#longstoryshort) . overall , solid .

This is a new restaurant and the obviously aren’t up to speed on the quick food preparation and service it most other ones are. I really blame them given the difficulties in hiring right now but the line was not terribly long but very slow, and by the time I got up to my food – it was a mobile order picked up through the drive-thru – it was just barely warm.
