Great experience! First time here and I was greeted & served by Ryan, who truly represents the quality this restaurant is known for. Ordering through the mobile app was fast & easy. I was also given two complimentary hand wipes and two mints, which was impressive since I’ve never received that at any establishment. It meant a lot (hand wipes) as a truck driver who’s only in town for a few days. Highly recommend!!!

I love Chick-fil-A and my favorite Chick-fil-A sauce. My experience today was not good. There is no curbside pickup for when I have a sleeping baby in the car. The mobile thru line combines with the regular line, and it is long. If I were alone, I would do carryout. Then I held up the line waiting for my free chicken biscuit while several people behind me with larger orders received theirs first.

Went there to get a Peach Shake. Car line was long and moving slow so decided to park. I walked right up and ordered. “This should be quick I thought.” Boy was I wrong; 20 minutes later I finally got my peach shake. Shake wasn’t fully blended so one bite vanilla the next Peach & so on. It’s a newer Chic Fil A so I’m thinking growing pains.

The Manager Juan brought out my food and for the wait he gave me free cookies. He was very nice and helpful. Chick-fil-A never disappoints. The food is always fresh, hot, and delicious, and the staff is consistently polite and welcoming. One of my go-to places every time.

This visit was well below the Chick-fil-A standard I’ve come to expect.
The breakfast burrito had a dry, hard, oversized tortilla with barely any chicken inside. Despite being fully wrapped, the portion and quality were disappointing. The bag was handed to me without care, as if service had already ended.
Operationally, it made little sense. There were no customers at the counter or drive-through, yet I waited about 10 minutes for a mobile order that had already been placed and marked as arrived. While the counter staff was friendly, the overall energy felt disengaged – like customers were an interruption rather than the priority.
This was not the Chick-fil-A experience I was introduced to years ago in Georgia. Far below expectations. Improvement is needed.

Kevin was amazing as a server! He took care of our group tremendously and was quick and efficient and responsive!
He even went out of his way to get another bag of fries when one of our buddies had a cold bag of fries. Extremely generous and considerate!

My friend and I decided to go to Chick-fil-A for dinner, and we were greeted by Abigail (Abby) with a large smile on her face. She was very professional and kind the entire time. She was truly a pleasure to speak to and had a great sense of humor. 100/10 employee! She was so, so, so great!!!
