I’ve been repeatedly ordered here because the staff is incredibly kind and helpful. Unfortunately, I usually order food at 9:52 PM and arrive at the restaurant at 10 PM. However, the gentleman was already closing the door, and I couldn’t get into the drive-through. He informed me that they were closed, but I showed him my mobile order confirmation. Despite my efforts, he didn’t seem to have any sense of humor. After I talked to him, a video was recorded showing many people in the drive-thru waiting for their orders.

We were in the area today and decided to grab some Chick-fil-A since it wasn’t Sunday. The drive-thru was wrapped around the entire building and super busy, so we were hesitant at first. Instead, we ordered through the app while parked. Once inside, we found a table and placed our order through the app. Amazingly, our food was on the table in less than five minutes!

The customer service was outstanding. One team member brought our drinks, another brought our food shortly after, and then Trace stopped by to check if we needed anything and even refilled our drinks. It’s experiences like this that make Chick-fil-A stand out. Big thanks to the team, especially Trace, for making our visit so memorable!

I visited this location 1/14/26 I placed my order @7:34pm I didnt receive my order until 8:00pm after approaching the cashier Jessica 2times unto why I haven’t received my order which was a sandwich, fries and Cobb salad, each time Jessica told me the salad wasn’t ready. I then requested to speak to manager(Jenny) to honor me a refund, refund was given by another cashier. Jenny the manager was extremely rude and disrespectful while speaking with her, there’s absolutely nothing wrong with being direct, but disrespectful and rude towards customers is unacceptable.

Always love chick-fil-A, but over the years the meals seem to be very salty. 5 star for service. The cashier handed 2 drinks, he didn’t offered a holder, but he was redeemed by his coworker who was walking passed the counter offered.

Wasn’t even crowded food temperature was unacceptable at least couldv been warm I ordered two meals a classic chicken sandwich and a deluxe both sandwiches were cold when it came to fries one box was hot and fresh but it had mostly crumbly broken waffle fry pieces while the other box of fries were cold and tasted horrible and old I’m very dissatisfied 3 disappointed at chic fil a I didn’t expect that of them I was hungry after work and drove a couple miles to reach I’m not going back McDonald’s around the corner at least it’s cheaper for the same crappy food fyi this was $30 worth of crap

I ordered food through the drive through and asked for a deluxe chicken sandwich with American cheese. I came on my lunch break and it’s my fault I didn’t check the bag I was trying to hurry up and get back to work. I am pregnant and spicy foods don’t sit well with me. I was given a regular spicy chicken sandwich. I called nobody picked up I left a voicemail it has been a week and nobody has yet to call me back I just wanted a deluxe chicken sandwich and nobody hasn’t reached out to me as of yet to even see what I needed. Won’t be going back to that location I will just go to palm beach lakes location

The staff was very nice and it was easy to get in and out. I have not eaten at CFA for probably a year and was a little shocked at the prices. Almost $9 for 12 pics of grilled chicken. That is my only complaint.
