Hands down THE BEST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD at a Chic-fil-a. The manager held the door and greeted me with a smile, the lady taking my order was friendly, thorough, and got everything perfect!

I found a nice clean table by the window and my food came out in a matter of minutes with everything I needed/requested.
My sandwich was THE BEST chicken sandwich I’ve ever had at any location. Cooked perfectly.
A nice young lady was constantly walking around, sweeping, sanitizing tables, asking guests if they needed anything, etc. It was very refreshing to see such a positive staff working well together.
I’m a manager at a high volume restaurant on the beach and I was blown away by the hospitality I received during my visit today. Would give 10 stars if I could! Will definitely be back and telling everyone about my experience.
I spoke with the manager before I left and he was really grateful. 🙂

I gotta say that ever since the Re-opening of this restaurant, I thought it was goingbto be chaotic at the parking area but I was PLEASANTLY surprised. The Drive-Through is very organized. It didn’t take as long as I expected to get my food and the traffic wasn’t crazy. That’s awesome. I LOVE this place. Unfortunately, I didn’t want to make anyone nervous by taking pics. I was just taking it for my husband to see it was organized. My experience overall is Highly impressed. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I had a really good experience at Chick-fil-A. The food came out hot and fresh, and the chicken sandwich tasted great like it usually does. The waffle fries were crispy and the lemonade was refreshing. The staff was friendly. and the service was pretty quick even though it was busy.

The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is that the drive-thru line tookk a little longer than expected. Other than that, everything was solid and I’d definitely come back again.

7:13 Pm and after being on line for 15 minutes the come out to tell me there is no Mac and Cheese. Gave me the other items I ordered except the drink and sauces. I asked for a refund on the Mac and Cheese. No receipt and no way to confirm they would give me the rufund— Eventually a manager came and asked for my card- went back and brought me a receipt for my refund. Im stuck on line although Im done with my order. Who ever set up the drive through should be fired. Every fast food place is more efficient than this. ‍♂️——Edit—-02/26/2026—I would like to commend Aracely for being hyper aware of all the dine in customers and making sure they didn’t need anything. The new experience made me give them back all their stars.

I do not like the new set up of this Chick-fil-A. Whoever the new owner is did not thoroughly think out the drive-through. The time spent in a line is way longer than when the previous owner and team was here. I will say the employees are nice, The 8 hashbrowns they give in the mornings can be a little hard. Outside of this, I am glad they are back open: but they have a few more kinks to work out

I ordered the family meal over the weekend, and unfortunately the initial experience wasn’t great. My food was cold, my dessert was missing, and when I went inside to get the cookies I ordered, I was given brownies instead. I was understandably frustrated, so I called on Tuesday to share my concerns. They offered to remake my order, which I accepted.

When I returned Friday night to pick up the replacement order, the service I received was absolutely above and beyond. David L. and his wife are truly putting in the work to make this location top-tier. With a newer and younger team, they are doing an amazing job leading and setting the standard.

Even though my first order was messed up, I understand that mistakes happen—we’re all human. What really stood out to me was how seriously they took my complaint and how committed they were to making sure I left satisfied. I genuinely felt appreciated as a customer.

On top of that, they were extremely busy when I returned, especially with the Coral Springs location being closed, yet the service never slipped. That level of care and professionalism really made a lasting impression.

Fast food places are usually hard to please, especially when it comes to the food and service. But I can say that this place has excellent service from most of the employees, especially the manager who was very attentive that day, checking if everything was alright. I also liked that the place is very clean and well-decorated, and it just makes you want to come back. I really enjoyed it, even though it’s in a less popular area.

We waited over 10 minutes for 2 milkshakes. In the meanwhile, cashiers and other staff were standing around the front talking and laughing. One staff received a milkshake and she was drinking it at the side by the little stand they put orders on, and another one put hers in something… possibly a mini fridge.

The only staff member who acknowledged we were waiting there over 10 minutes was Asia working by the drive-thru window, who asked for our receipt then went to get the shakes made.

I absolutely loved the friendly environment at Chick-fil-A Lauderhill! The employees were so welcoming and made me feel right at home. The store itself was very clean and had such pretty decorations. My food came out incredibly fast and still had amazing quality, even though my order was a bit complex. The gentleman who assisted me was very helpful and made sure everything was perfect. I love how I can always order whatever I’m craving here. I’ll be definitely coming back again!
