Service was Fast and Friendly!
Order #1 BEC biscuit, hash browns, lemonade. #2 BEC biscuit, Chicken biscuit, hash browns and ice coffee.
Food was Fresh and Tasty.
Drinks were ok, however the lemonade was more tart/acidic than I have experienced at other chick-fil-a’s in the past. So much so, that I changed drinks when I got a refill. Also the ice coffee did not seem to have enough coffee in it, could mostly taste the ice cream. However, with that being said, we had an overall pleasant experience.

Scott the operator is letting this location fall apart, Duct tape on multiple benches, cockroaches in the lights in the mens bathroom which is located right next to their Kitchen. Their signature chicken sandwiches are getting so tiny there is more bread than chicken. CFA used to be great when Truit Cathy was still alive, God bless him.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service from manager Patty. She was incredibly rude. They charged me through Google (I always order that way) and I’ve never had this problem before. Manager Patty told me that unfortunately, since the order was charged, they couldn’t do anything. She said that if I wanted to report that I’d been robbed, that would be fine. She was incredibly rude. They charged me and then the order disappeared. I had to order again, and I did so to prove that Patty and the other manager are wrong. , I had to explain to the other manager how i place my order through Google, as neither of them had any idea ( o try to see how ) i was talking about , which i think is very wrong on the positions they have.
I would appreciate a refund for the order that was never give to me

Scott attended me was professional but very direct no smiles, which I understand , but he didn’t get my coke with my food arrived and my coke float. So I waited a few minutes . when I got to the front desk David the Supervisior quickly assisted me with his smile , he was very attentive. I noticed other co workers working hard and moving smiling back. Very lively hard working enjoyed my time.

I went last Friday to Chick fi la, my food came fast and with no mishaps or mistakes. The young lady that took my order was very sweet and helpful. She answered every question I had and welcomed me warmly. I think her name was Natalia. Props to her!

My family and I just ate at chick fil a, the food was so tasty and fresh. But most importantly Owen kept passing by our table and asking if we needed anything, ensured to get us yummy chick fil a sauce and paper towels. He also wished us a good day. Being at chick fil a today was a delightful experience, everything from our food and the excellent customer service we received from Owen. We will definitely be returning and encouraging family and friends to eat only at this chick fil a!

me and my sister come sometimes after work and we really love it ☺️the employees are always super super nice, the tables have fresh flowers on them !! our food comes out really quickly even when they have a lot of cars or people inside, which really speaks to their efficiency. today our cashier was david and he was super nice. thank you guys !!

Walked into the chick fill a this morning with a 100$ bill and a 10$ bill in my pocket immediately notching in the cash register a big bold sign that respectfully ask “please no bills over 20$ thank u” I proceed to ask the young man working Anthony if he could maybe ask his manger if they could help me out this one time. He spoke with his manger briefly and was able to accommodate me with the change for the bill. I m very appreciative of this gesture because I would’ve had to go somewhere else for lunch as I was in a hurry. The service was excellent as always and the food was hot and fresh as well. Would recommend this chick fill a to anyone looking for a quick bit to eat while traveling in Weston.
