I love coming to this location as it’s close to where I work and live, it’s also in a lot with a Target and a Ross, which is very convenient for my weekly shopping. On top of the convenience, my experience is always delightful as the staff are always polite and helpful. My food always comes out in a timely manner and is always warm and delicious. I am so glad that they built this location because it has become a beloved go to spot for my family and me.
Update: I came for breakfast for the first time and appreciated the heart shaped biscuits, such a sweet detail.

I placed my order online and I want to go pick it up there. They cancel the order, even though I confirmed it through the app and I waited over 20 minutes for my food. Plus, I ordered the eight piece nugget with a medium fry and only gave me seven small nuggets and only five fries. I would not recommend this place at all. And the iced peppermint coffee taste, just like cough, syrup, and all the syrup straight at the bottom. It’s not even blending.

There’s no point in asking for extra napkins. I drove in to pickup a breakfast mobile order at this location as per usual. I usually get dealt about 3-4 napkins with my order which is okay, but could be slightly better. Given that my order is not only for myself but for two people considering it contains 2-3 entrees and sides, I could use the extra napkins. I decided to ask for extra napkins this time around when they asked me for any additions or substitutions at the intercom. Clearly there was no point in asking after I found less napkins than even what I normally receive (2). Everything else was perfect. I love this location and hope to see better napkin portions.

I came to this location on 11/11 at 7pm this is the second time that I came here and had my order incorrect. I stayed calm I understand it happens when you have alot of customers coming in at the same time. I ordered for my family of 5 spent $70. I put my trust that my order was going to be complete to get home and miss a meal. Sat down to have dinner with the family came to realize I was missing a whole meal fine no problem. I head back to get my order with the receipt only to have the manager ask me if called to complain and be completely dismissive as if I’m trying to get a free meal. He handed me the meal and told me next time call ahead dismissive like I just didn’t spend my hard earned money to get an answer like that was a slap in the face. I had my wife and son in the car and after coming from a 4hr drive out of town did not want to cause a scene. Please pay attention to staff it’s a clown show. what was there when I went the staff running around like it’s a playground. Either get better management or it’s going to cause alot of your customers. For the prices and quality I would expect better service. NOT TO TREAT ME AS IF I’M COMING BACK FOR A HAND OUT A FREE MEAL!

Today I was really let down at this location. I placed an order through drive thru as I always do. Got my order(chik-fila deluxe) I take a bite of my sandwich and taste a LONG Strand of Hair in my mouth. I was irate, disgusted and pissed off. The Hair was so long it was wrapped round the chicken Breast. I go to this location very often. The past few months this location seems yo be going down. Tha service has always been pretty good, but now the food has been a disappointment. Whenever you taste Hair in your mouth in your food ,thats just the worst, neglectful and its just downright NASTY…My entire meal Should be FULLY REFUNDED!…

I’ve only encountered very pleasing workers at this location. But, my concern is with the small sizes of the food. I paid over $9 for 3 chicken strips that looked more like 3 chicken nuggets. And the fries were all broken up as if I got their last batch. It’s outrageous how overpriced this food is. A whole rotisserie chicken at Publix is $7. Eating here is not worth my money .
