I don’t get why everyone goes here and why it’s always so crowded. Honestly, the burger is okay. Their “special” sauce is very sweet with a smoky smell, but it’s nothing I’d obsess over… The portions are the same as at BurgerFi, so I don’t really understand the hype.

Stopped here for a quick meal, everything was great , employees and manager stopped by our table to ask how was everything and if we need any refills or sauces. It’s rarely where you see something like that in fast food restaurants.

Stopped by for lunch with my children this afternoon. My waffle fries came out cold. I took them back up to the register and asked one of the shift leads for a replacement. She had the nastiest attitude. I was very pleasant with her. I asked her did I offend her she said no, I asked then what was the attitude for. You would have thought I kicked her dog or something. I asked for a manager and when he (Ethan) came over he basically DIMISSED her behavior. Wow, didn’t think this was the chik fil a way. Thanks alot lunch with a side of tude. Won’t be back.

Visited here many times. The people working drive thru are very efficient and organized. Great nuggets and waffle fries! I recommend downloading the app for rewards and special offers. The dining room was really clean the last time we ate inside.

If I could give this Chick-fil-A zero stars, I absolutely would. This is by far the worst location I have ever been to. The employees were rude from the moment we walked in, more interested in mingling with each, cussing, laughing, and playing ass grab than actually helping customers. They couldn’t get my order right to save their lives, and the overall atmosphere was just plain nasty. Store was gross in general.
I asked for a few extra sauces for 50 nugget as she only gave me three and the employee literally rolled her eyes, tossed more sauces in the bag, and made a rude comment while doing it. Mind you the first time was the wrong sauces. Unbelievable. The customer service was so bad I’m genuinely convinced the McDonald’s next door would do a better job and that says a lot.
Chick-fil-A should be embarrassed to have this store representing their brand. Do not waste your time, money, or patience at this location. It’s a complete disgrace to what Chick-fil-A is supposed to be.

Amaya at the counter was very thorough and careful when it came to taking my order. Making sure everything I wanted was there and in its place. She was also extremely kind and served me with a smile even though it was in the middle of a food rush. Outside of that my food came out lightning fast and it was well prepared.

Ms. Ester F. Took my colleague and I order and fumbled so horribly. She mistakenly charged me for a full salad after asking for a half salad. And as we’re explaining to what the correct order was supposed to be she’s not comprehending at that moment she’s supposed to listen and not speak. At this point Ms. Ester continues with the her diarrhea of the mouth and went to the window explaining to the staff verbatim “The customer didn’t clarify to me she wanted a half salad she just said Cobb salad…” and she continue to bash me, the customer, as if I cannot hear her spilling her lies. She heard what she wanted because clearly I said half salad and your ears heard Cobb salad which makes no sense. Because me and my colleague was ordering the same things.
Lesson for chick fil a : All of these young people that you guys are giving a chance let them know to listen with their ears and not with their mouths. Ever since 2016 this location has gone down hill expeditiously. I don’t think I can trust yall with my money if the staff don’t want to listen to get the order correctly. And teach them not speak in another language in front of guests. It’s rude, impolite, and don’t know if guests can comprehend them. I love my Haitian culture doesn’t mean I want to hear the staff trash me in my own language. Yeah, I understood just play the game like yall do.

As I waited in a long lunch line today and then began to pull up to the staff to place an order, a bicyclist from off the sidewalk cut in front of me and placed his order. The staff saw it and did nothing. When I asked a staff member why that was allowed she said the customer is always right and they couldn’t do anything. This location always has a big lunch rush and I had waited patiently just to have someone else cut the line, on a bike, and order in front of me. Ridiculous, not just from a safety standpoint, but from a customer service standpoint.
