Amazing experience at Chick-fil-A Doral! The service was fast, friendly, and attentive—just what Chick-fil-A is known for. The place was clean and well-organized, with a pleasant atmosphere for families. The food came out fresh, hot, and delicious: crispy, juicy chicken, perfectly cooked fries, and the cookies and cream was outstanding. Definitely one of the best Chick-fil-A locations I’ve visited, always keeping up the quality and warm customer service. Highly recommended!

OK something is definitely right about this location. Everyone and everything was above par. I can’t say that I have had this kind of experience at a Chic fil a before. Dine in and check out the atmosphere. They even have fresh flowers and mints for your dine in experience. Thanks for the hospitality.

For starters, the chicken breast in my sandwich was spoiled. Unfortunately, it took me biting into the sandwich to realize. The taste was nauseating. I immediately returned the sandwich back to the restaurant but was not offered a full refund, I was advised that they would only refund the sandwich. I pushed back and they offered to refund half of my meal. For this reason, I will not be returning to this location. Chick fil a prides itself on its amazing customer service, but my experience today did not reflect that.

This is the worst chick fila I’ve ever been to with consistent delivery order issues and lack of quality control. They really do not try to service their delivery customers and have inconsistent issues with accuracy. I’ve reached out to corporate and the local manager and they do not care about any feedback and training their staff correctly. Save your money and go to another restaurant.

Restaurant hours advertised until 8pm for the holiday so we placed our order at 7pm. and got the restaurant by 7:30pm just for them to tell us that their boss actually turned off the system at 7pm. They wouldn’t let us place the order there in person either.

Paired it with a creamy strawberry shake that was pure bliss and a large order of their perfectly crispy waffle fries. Service was super quick, and the staff’s warm smiles make every visit special. The place is clean, the vibe is welcoming, and it’s my favorite spot in Doral for a delicious, satisfying meal!”

I ordered a Happy Meal, and when the lady asked what size drink I wanted, I said the small size that normally comes with the Happy Meal. She mentioned something about it being because of my car, then charged me $2 more and gave me a large lemonade instead. I usually pay around $7 for my son’s Happy Meal, but this time it came out to $10. I don’t understand why.
