I had gone in for an order and the food was fine but the “frosted soda” looked…not that well. Everyone there is super young and has no idea what’s happening and I don’t expect everyone to know everything but I asked 3 separate people about the drink , I had ordered and got my food a couple minutes later but didn’t get the drink until 14 minutes after I ordered so I asked multiple workers about the drink and they all said they’d check on it and not one got back to me. I understand it if your busy and things are delayed but what even is that…the drink itself was just fountain soda with a block of ice cream in the middle…disappointing and I’d recommend going 10 minutes up the road to the other chick fil a

Chick-fil-a is usually my to go spot when I’m craving something fast to eat as it’s always delicious. However, this location was okay. I had to wait to place my order, which is unusual at this franchise and the chicken in my chicken sandwich was cooked a tad bit too much. The fries were also not as crispy and the lemonade was not on point as it usually was. This experience would not stop me from eating at Chick-fil-A but I would select another location.

The way this Chick-fil-A treats delivery drivers is terrible. We arrive to pick up orders and the employees completely ignore us, even when they’re not doing anything. They leave drivers waiting as if we don’t matter and make no effort to speed up the process. It’s a total lack of respect for the people working out on the road and delivering their orders. They seriously need to improve their attitude and professionalism toward delivery drivers.

I visited this location and was so overwhelmed with how they all worked so well together. Anthony checked me out and we got lost in conversation about how great the roasted bbq sauce was that it felt like we were friends since birth. Side note it’s fire. I noticed there was a plaque for the independent owner and I read her mission statement and it shows how much she loves her community and her store cause they all seemed well taken care and loved their job. It’s truly amazing to see owners putting love into their employees and be so happy at their job. Kudos and 5 stars to the workers for making it such a great place to visit and eat.

The design of the building is terrible. Not enough indoor seating. During the rainy season NO ONE CAN SIT OUTSIDE. On a Saturday people stay at their table longer. Poor choice in building design. Fortunately for CFL my wife loves your food. I was ready to go elsewhere.

10 min wait on curbside waiting for 2 large orders of hashbrowns and a small lemonade. The order was placed 10 min before the wait. When arrived to the curbside parking, all the spots were empty. Hashbrowns were close to cold. It’s time for management/owner to be there early morning.

My order number was 284065. I ordered online ahead for curbside pickup. I arrived, entered a space number, and then told it would be 4-8 minutes for my order to be prepared … then WHY did I order ahead of time, since nothing was waiting for me upon arrival?!? WHAT WAS THE POINT? Then, I’m brought a bag that has my name and order number on it, I thank the guy and drive away — and MY ORDER is someone else’s (because its certainly not what I ordered). Next, I looked at the order receipt, and the website, to complain… there’s a feedback form that DOES NOT ASK FOR ANY CONTACT information. So, I called the restaurant, and it connects me to a national call center where the option to complain or provide feedback about an order puts me into an ENDLESS queue, where there’s no hold music, no announcements, just “dead air”. This is my third time to the location. The ordering process is RIDICULOUS, there’s no drive-thru window, and it’s my last time settling for overpriced menu items poorly fulfilled. WHO HAS TIME TO WASTE LIKE THIS, only to end up with an order badly serviced, from top-to-bottom?! At least give me the menu item I purchased, not whatever is just sitting around. Total fail.

Every time I visit this location I order the kale salad and consistently receive barely any kale compared to other locations, where I always get a proper portion. When I mentioned that my salad hardly had any kale and asked if more could be added the employee didn’t even open the container he just shook it and said “that’s how it comes.” I find this really really frustrating because at other locations I always receive a fair amount, and for nearly $5, I don’t expect just a few leaves of salad.
