I absolutely love Chick-fil-A, and this location is amazing! The food is always fresh, hot, and perfectly made — the chicken sandwiches are unbeatable. The staff here are incredibly friendly, professional, and go above and beyond to make sure every visit is a great experience. The restaurant is clean, well-organized, and service is always quick, even during busy hours. Definitely one of the best Chick-fil-A locations around!

I eat at Chick-fil-A’s all across the country, and I absolutely love this Chick-fil-A in Miami Shores. Great service, excellent food quality, super clean restaurant, and friendly atmosphere. The employees have the best customer service. If you’re in the area, you absolutely should stop by!

5 stars for Mari and her team on the closing shift! My husband and I had landed from a long work trip in Miami and were craving Chick Fil A so badly. We pulled into the parking lot just as it was closing but they let us in and treated us amazingly – doing everything to get us some fried chicken and the sides we wanted even though the kitchen was already closing down. Mari felt so sorry that there weren’t any fries left anymore and treated us with some desserts on the house instead. Everyone was super friendly and had an amazing attitude making us feel welcome even though we were making them stay longer. Sorry again for making you guys stat behind – we really needed that Chick Fil A tonight!! Mari deserves to be employee of the month 1000% and Chick Fil A is so lucky to have such a wonderful employee on the team! Thank you for making our night!

Honestly this is the first Chick-fil-A that I’ve been too where everyone was very helpful and attentive. The team work and togetherness was amazing. Food came out in a professional manner. The atmosphere and cleanliness of this location was astonishing. Parking was very easy and spacious. Definitely recommend. Jeffery was so nice and full of energy.

I had a very disappointing experience at Chick-fil-A Miami Shores. The service was unprofessional, and when an issue came up with our order and payment, it was not handled properly. We were charged and had a difficult time getting the situation resolved.
What made it worse is that the store manager, who identified himself as John, handled the situation in a way that felt confrontational and dismissive rather than helpful. My friend had previously experienced a similar issue involving a charge that was never properly resolved, and when he returned to the store later on, he felt singled out and uncomfortable during the interaction.
Overall, the experience left us feeling frustrated and unwelcome. Customers expect fairness, professionalism, and respectful treatment, and unfortunately that was not our experience at this location.

Chick-Fil-A has a solid reputation and this location has only kept reputation that going. The owner is personal and interacts well with his customers. The employees do an excellent job. One in particular stood out to me: Eve Juday. She was polite and offered to help me with needed refills and to clean my table for me. I will be back and recommend others do so too.

I had the upmost greatest experience at my local chic fil a when Douglas and Sonya were working. They were so kind and did such a speedy and great job at cleaning and just making us have an amazing experience. I had to leave for a meeting or I would have thanked them for making my friends birthday the best birthday ever! So if you are ever at chic fil an and you see either Douglas or Sonya just make sure to give them respect and trust me they will return with an amazing chic fil an experience.
