I just had to leave a review because this experience genuinely made my night. I placed a late-night mobile order and pulled up to the drive-through feeling a little guilty for ordering so close to closing (I know how hard everyone works!), but I was met with nothing but kindness!
When I got to the window, I was greeted by two incredibly sweet girls, Carolita (I hope I’m spelling her name correctly- I apologize if not!) and Nelly. They were so warm, professional, and accommodating. From the moment I pulled up, they treated me with the utmost respect and such genuine friendliness. It didn’t feel forced or rushed – it felt sincere.
Their positive energy truly stood out, especially at the end of a long day. It’s not every day you come across people who are that kind and attentive so late at night. They- along with the rest of the staff, made the whole experience feel welcoming and appreciated (:
Kindness really does go a long way, and it did not go unnoticed tonight! Thank you both for your professionalism, your patience, and for simply being so sweet. You made our night!!!!!

This is a great option for chicken. Food always tastes very good and staff is generally friendly. Most of the time there is a line to order so I recommend ordering online instead which tends to be faster. Their reward program is also very good.

I absolutely love Chick-fil-A, it’s my favorite. However, at this specific location, whenever I order takeout or through DoorDash, the sauces I request are often missing or fewer than what I selected. I’m not sure why the option to choose sauces is available if they’re not consistently included. It really takes away from the overall experience and makes the order feel incomplete.

If I could give this Chick-fil-A zero stars, I would as someone who’s ordered from Chick-fil-A multiple times this has to be the worst experience that I’ve ever experienced at any location. The customer service was not only terrible The employee on the phone tried to gaslight me, saying that this catering platter that I ordered was messed up because I picked it up an hour later, although I was not complaining about the fact that it was cold or even the fact that they gave me two small platters when I paid $80 for a large platter . As you can see what they gave me looks like they just threw scraps into the platters and I paid $80 for it. And instead of owning to their mistakes, the employee on the phone was rude and condescending . Telling me that I should’ve returned the platter right away even though I was hosting an event and couldn’t leave and by the time it finished, the location was closed, so I guess I was supposed to hold on to them. I’m actually disgusted by this location and I do not recommend anybody ordering catering from here just go to a different location even if it’s farther.

I got my order, and the box containing the fries was on its side. Not one fry was left in the box. It was all thrown out into the bag! I ordered two drinks and got one straw. I ordered grilled nuggets and got no utensils. Then, I went to eat the fries and it was stale. This is frustrating!

I’m writing this with a heavy heart because of the way my aunt was treated last night at the Chick-fil-A on Pines Boulevard in Pembroke Pines, Florida. My aunt went there simply to pick up some food for my uncle, who just had a stem cell transplant and is still recovering. Unfortunately, she realized she had forgotten her purse when she got to the counter.
She kindly explained her situation and asked if she could take the food and come right back to pay. She even offered to leave her phone as a guarantee. Instead of showing compassion or understanding, the manager embarrassed her in front of everyone. My aunt was left feeling humiliated and disrespected when all she was trying to do was care for her sick husband.
This experience broke my heart because my aunt is one of the kindest, most humble people you’ll ever meet. She didn’t deserve to be treated that way—especially not at a place known for kindness, hospitality, and respect. I truly hope the management takes this situation seriously and reminds their staff what Chick-fil-A stands for: love, respect, and service from the heart.

Service is usually top notch but not on this day. No menu to share and didn’t get one when asked so a bit disappointed after being spoiled with friendly customer service in the past. Food on the other hand? yum, yum. What sorcery is this? It’s the sauce of course. It’s simply addictive. Dip ur fries in ur favorite sauce or mix the chickfila sauce w/ ketchup and u just can’t stop. Put either sauce of ur choice on ur sandwich and it’s the same magic.
