Go to one in Miami Lakes. Much better service, better food, faster line. Actually feels like Chic-fil-a whereas this store feels more like a war experience trying to batter for Chic-fil-a sauce and salt like they’re rationing them out. Must be to prepare for the next quarantine where the staff here will be fully stocked on Chic-fil-a sauce and salt that they’ve restricted from their customers.

I wanted to order through the Chick-fil- A app since I am already a member. In the past experiences, I have been able to receive my orders through the online platform.
My order went through today, however, when I wanted to review it to see the status – it literally said ” Something went wrong with my order. Please try again later”. Then when I closed the app and opened it again, literally states that my order has yet to start. I am extremely upset with how this app functions and I got charged for this order that I have yet to receive.
I had to ask my family member to order my food through UberEats.
Update: I received my food at 10:23am.

I’ve had several inconveniences at this particular Chick-fil-A prior to this visit, but this experience put the icing on the cake.
Our order was wrong, and we explained the issue three separate times—first to the gentleman who took our order before we even reached the drive-through window, then to two staff members after. Nothing was corrected and no apology was offered.
When the manager arrived, he was rude and implied I was lying. When I asked for the general manager, Alberto I believed his name was stated that he was the general manager.
Zero accountability, poor leadership, and unacceptable customer service. I won’t be returning!☹️

Listen, I don’t know what kind of crack y’all are putting in the nuggets and mac&cheese, but it is so good that I feel like I’ve ascended. I’ve tried other locations, it’s not good like it is here, PLEASE, don’t ever fire whoever is in charge of them, they deserve $3k in a bonus and the keys to the city. Everything is new and clean inside since this location just opened. I really like the layout where the order line is separate from the seating areas.
Service was great which was pleasant because sometimes it takes a little while to get everything running smooth right after opening. There was almost no wait to order but I suspect that is due to people not knowing it’s open yet.

Today I came to this location with my son ‘ Dine in spend almost $ 30 for two meals . At the moment I stand up to look for refill my drink the associate just said we do no have more sweet tea. So she also said we close at ten . Literally we were 6 more people still in the restaurant. Nobody get close to our table to ask if we need something else before they start the Cleanning task and break down all the drinks machine etc …. I work in the restaurants for more that 18 years .. also associates stand eating sandwiches in the front line. Looks for me that something today was totally wrong maybe I came in the wrong time for you guys !!! SORRY
