Dear Chick-fil-A, I’ve never commented publicly before, but I feel it’s important to share this experience. My fiancé recently ordered a to-go salad from your restaurant, and when He got home, we realized that half of the salad was missing.
If it were a delivery order, I might have assumed it was an issue with the driver, but in this case, it clearly happened during preparation. I’m sharing this as constructive feedback for the salad makers — if you’re having a difficult day, please don’t take it out on customers. It’s always better to step away, take a break, or ask for help.
I’ve been a loyal Chick-fil-A customer for many years, and I even worked for the company in the past. I know firsthand the high standards Chick-fil-A stands for, so please don’t misrepresent the brand that so many of us admire and trust.

I wanted to take a moment to commend your customer service. The gentleman who took my order was fantastic and made the experience enjoyable. However, I encountered an issue when my order was delivered by the lady who brought me my food, unfortunately, none of the condiments I requested were included in the bag.

I often don’t have the time to double-check my order before leaving, and I trust that my requests will be handled accurately. I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to a more complete experience on my next visit.

I come here all the time as it’s near my job, and my experiences are always great! The employees are nice, and the service is fast and always accurate. Although I don’t always get asked what sauces I’d like, so sometimes the employees get annoyed when I ask at the end instead of while ordering.

Terrible Experience with Manager Maria A. at Chick-fil-A

I have always associated Chick-fil-A with great customer service, but my experience at this location completely shattered that. From start to finish, the way the manager handled the situation was unprofessional, rude, and downright unacceptable.

I placed an order through the drive-thru, which was taken incorrectly. When I went inside to get it fixed, I was told I would need to pay a $1.31 upcharge for the correction. I explained I had left my wallet and phone in the car, but the employee insisted that “the manager said I had to charge.” When I asked to speak to the manager, Maria A., she came over with an attitude, rolled her eyes, and repeated the same thing—no flexibility, no effort to resolve the mistake in a professional way.

This back-and-forth took more than 10 minutes, during which my mother arrived and brought me my wallet. I then watched Maria manually enter a promo code and adjust the price, only to still force me to pay the $1.31 difference. When I asked if she owned the store or how I could contact the actual owner, she dismissively told me to “look at the receipt.” To make things worse, as my corrected order was handed to me, she insisted I return the original incorrect order—as if the company couldn’t absorb a minor mistake without punishing the customer.

At every point, Maria A. chose to argue and show attitude instead of simply fixing the issue with respect and professionalism. Chick-fil-A is supposed to be known for kindness, courtesy, and customer-first service. This manager displayed none of that. If this is how the “head of the place” treats guests, then this location is in serious need of retraining in customer service and leadership.

They work remarkably well under pressure and always with a smile and positive attitude. I have a Chik Fil A closer to my house but I prefer to come to this one after work because honestly it’s a pleasant experience every single time. Shout out to Tony Sampayo. The GOAT.

I arrived at 6:00 PM and was asked to wait. After they finished taking care of the orders ahead of me, they refused to serve me. I was there with my hungry child waiting, which made the situation even more frustrating and upsetting. On top of that, the person who spoke to me was very rude and unprofessional. This was a very disappointing experience, and I will not be coming back.

This location went from having the best customer service for many many years to the worst. Something changed, theres too many issues these days! Double check your orders before leaving because some of these employees do not care! And now my delivery order for 6 people didnt have any sauces, no ketchup, no ranch, no mayo, no chikfila sauce. Disappointed.

I did a online delivery order thru chickfila app the said it would take 50-60 min for the food to arrive. It took over 2 hours for the food to arrive and my food was cold a saggy the ice of the drinks already melted never had this issue before they put the bag in a plastic bag because the paper bag was wet from the food heat

Don’t go to this location. The employees will gas light you and make you think you’re crazy. I ordered a catering meal and was given an expired coupon. I went back the very next day to redeem It and the employees were treating me like i was crazy claiming they never give out coupons. I was gas light and will never go back to this location ever again.
