We stopped in heading to the airport for a quick meal. This is one of the cleanest Chic Fil A’s I have been in, and that says a lot because most are very clean. Staff were super friendly and food hot and fresh. Even though we didn’t speak the same primary language the lady in the dining area was so helpful and friendly. 5⭐️

We have to drive to this location from west of Hialeah hoping one day Chick-fil-A builds one on the west side by I-75 area. Today, we drove over here to eat inside and the first thing you see on the parking lot is Chick-Fil-A cars parked and it was one spot open closes to the door. I was told to move my car to the other side in which they had more cars parked and drive thru customers are coming out and is impossible to park as people was waiting for Uber eats. This parking lot is small and was told to move. Basically I parked by the bank next door. Crazy how we didn’t just drove off to another restaurant as my kids love the food here. A team member came out really fast and put a cone to black that parking. Do they not care about customers. This will be my second time eating inside of the restaurant. We normally go through the drive thru but sometimes they missed something in the bag.

I can only speak from my one and only experience with Chick-fil-A, having only ordered the chicken sandwich, nuggets and milkshake, but I liked what I had.
I liked the fries and nuggets and it turns out, I really like the Chick-fil-A sauce, as well. I personally felt like the chicken sandwich wasn’t super flavourful, so I kept dipping it in the sauce. Also had a cookies and cream milkshake – it was decent.
I didn’t know you could buy the lil cow plushies, but that’s cute 😀 I was also amused by them all hanging from the ceiling and it’s funny that they look like they’re being abducted under a tractor beam (the lights) XD
I was also surprised to see that they had REAL flowers on every table. Looked it up, and apparently that’s a tradition.. that’s cute.

staff are not friendly. they get my order wrong so often I’ve had to stop going to this location. I’ve never found a chik fil a with so many rude employees. there’s a much better managed location less than a mile away.

I can’t believe what happened to me in the drive thru in the chik a fil in 1600 West 49 Street , Hialeah . First the drive thru is extremely narrow honestly not for Two Lanes with cars almost dude swiping you if their order is done. My first terrible impression was in regards to my order : I ordered and 8 piece nugget / fries / 4 crunchy kale salads I asked the lady that took my order ( she was niece ) to please give to cups with ice. The reason why I didn’t order drinks is because my daughter had just been admitted to the hospital with severe complications from Covid. She’s immuno compromised. After staying in line with crazy drivers almost hitting my car I got my order. I told the person giving the orders that I had asked for 2 cups with ice. His response was that it was a policy of chik a fil to give only 1 cup if ice per person !!! What ? The company is proud of Christianity … it’s not Christian to negate water to a customer. He told me it’s one cup per person to what I told him that this order wasn’t only for me ! Btw he gave the food in 2 small paper bags not in the customary plastic tote to go . When I got to the hospital I started eating one crunchy kale salad and started notifing that the salad was poorly made. Since I was introduced to Chil a fil by my daughter last year. I’ve become an avid chik a fil customer ….. I love the crunchy ksle salad, nuggets and fries …. We all do love A good Chil a fil and we frequently have it. My husband and youngest daughter have the sandwich deluxe . My oldest loves nuggets , fries and crunchy kale . My other 3 love everything in the menu. First time from this location ( the other chik a fil in 49 street is awesome food , attention, they don’t have a drive thru …. You park and a server comes and gets your order and pretty quickly you get your delicious food. Now not only this location 1600 West 49 street HAS NO SPACE FOR A DRIVE THRU, THE FOOD IS BAD ….. the kale salad ( my favorite ) I can barely eat it ….. it’s stale and with rotten Kale pieces. BELIEVE IS BAD …… the fries old and soggy. The icing on the cake was that they refuse to give A SECOND CUP OF ICE. Even though there was food for more than one person. The reason why I’m taking time from my busy schedule is because I LOVE CHIK A FIL AND THUS SHOULD NEVER HAPPEN TO A CUSTOMER. I Demand an apology and my money back ! The food is old / nuggets are ok but not fresh ….. we can’t eat this I WANT MY MONEY BACK and an APOLOGY. TO STAY OPEN THIS PLACE : CLOSE THE “ DRIVE THRU “ / SERVE FRESH FOOD NOT THIS CRAP / LAST BUT NOT LEAST : something that has impressed through out the country cause everywhere I go I look for a Chik a fil CUSTOMER SERVICE ! This location needs to educate the employees in what they are SERVICE TO PAYING CUSTOMERS ! THIS IS THE WORST CHIL A FIL IN THE COUNTRY. Also don’t know how inspectors from the city of Hialeah have given permission to the “ DRIVE THRU” .BTW looking at the purchase ticket it said 3 CUPS OF ICE !

I was really disappointed with this Chick-fil-A visit. There was no line at all, but instead of just handing me my food at the counter, they made me park in a curbside pickup space. Three cars were waiting, and all the orders were brought out at the same time — which meant even though I ordered first, I had to wait until everyone else’s food was ready. On top of that, no receipt was given; when I asked for one, the food runner gave me attitude. Definitely the worst experience I’ve had at a Chick-fil-A.

This branch is NOT Chick-Fil-A Quality and very poor service, I ordered a Cobb salad with nuggets and was given a different salad with grilled chicken and so I filled out a complaint through the app and the response I was given in return was that the store says that it “just didn’t happen”. I was traveling and was miles away at hotel before I noticed so could not return to store. The order number on receipt and order number on salad didn’t even match so I obviously received someone else’s order but I was told that this wasn’t true and didn’t happen and I didn’t receive a refund or CF Credit for replacement salad. Just VERY POOR customer service. I will be attaching the photos to Prove that this DID HAPPEN. Chik-fil-A is always top notch at every store but this one in Hialeah near Miami is terrible and the food is poor quality.

Gone several times during busy time for them 1pm .. and I don’t like to complain but went thru the drive thru and it’s happened more then 3xs where I’ve had to throw out the french fries where they are cold and soggy .. they should do better but all they care about is getting as many orders out and line to go fast instead of caring a bit more on quality of their food other locations are much better ..if they opened a Raising canes near by on 49th street they would loose business .. you call for a manager and you get a voicemail they don’t care! money thrown in trash thank you chik fil a
