This is the worst chickfila location I have ever been too. The wait times are dreadful. Chickfila is known for long, but efficient, lines. This one has short lines and yet you’re still waiting 10 minutes. If the food was good, I wouldn’t hold it against them. However, the food is unbelievably greasy. The hashbrowns in the picture I got a refund on because they were inedible. I didn’t write a review in case it was a one time thing, but it was not. I don’t think this location is even a year old, yet. Maybe they’re finding their legs. Hopefully things improve, but as it stands now, I think I am done eating here.

This place is always outrageously busy yet. They do it with a smile and consistent service. I go to the Chick-fil-A so much because it’s consistent and fresh always. I do notice that there is always new staff, but that’s OK because the ones that are helping me are always very courteous, respectful and competent. This is directly in the face of every other fast food takeout line. Might go to for a quick efficient Chick-fil-A.

I was in drive thru this afternoon and watched a customer hit one of the workers. Almost pinned her! The other person out there was very concerned but the driver was not nor anyone inside. I seriously hope they have cameras to review this and have a safety protocol for the workers because the people should have definitely been called!

I dont normally do this. But I went thru the drive thru order on my app. There was only one car ahead of me in the other lane. There was three other cars came up after me ordered thru the the staff standing outside. They got their order before me. I only order a large sweet tea half and half. The workers inside was to busy talking about their social life. My drink sat on the counter for at least 5 min. When the staff came out they didn’t greet me or anything. They said here and gave me my drink. The staff normally so pleasant and friendly. I really I thought I was at another restaurant. This isn’t the customer service that I I’m accustomed to with chixfilet.

This is the best place to come to if you want to waste your money I wasted $20 on 10-piece strips and they tasted like they had freezer burn this was by far one the worst Chick-fil-A experience I’ve ever had. I’ve never thought Chick-fil-A would come to this type of level they’re almost entering the atmosphere of McDonald’s Chick-fil-A is no longer premium quality. I can’t go to Chick-fil-A and get a decent meal and that sucks I wish I was refunded for my meal but I didn’t want to cause any stir in the restaurant but if you want to go and waste your money. This is the Chick-fil-A I’d prefer I will rate this restaurant 2/10 food horrible just horrible.

Took my girlfriend to Chick Fil A for dinner and it was so good we went through the drive thru twice. A young lady named Madison helped us both times and was very polite and welcoming. The food is always good but it was Madisons exceptional service that will make us come back.

Who exactly woke up one day and said, “Let’s build one of the largest Chick-fil-A buildings in the country… and make it drive-thru only”? Because that person deserves a firm but disappointed conversation.
We were on a road trip and went out of our way specifically because the kids wanted Chick-fil-A. We pull up to this massive building—cathedral-sized, honestly—and naturally assume there must be seating inside. So we walk around the entire property like confused pilgrims searching for an entrance… only to be told, surprise! It’s drive-thru only.
Let me repeat that: one of the biggest Chick-fil-As I’ve ever seen, and not a single door for humans.
As we stood there processing this, we watched car after car full of families pull in, clearly expecting the same thing we were. Did I stop them? No. At that point, I wanted them to experience the same disappointment. I didn’t want to feel alone.
We were starving, so we did what any classy road-trip family would do—we ate our food in the parking lot. Fine. Not ideal, but fine. But then came the final plot twist: there is nowhere to throw away your trash. No bin. No can. Nothing. Even McDonald’s manages to provide a drive-thru trash can, but here? Apparently you’re expected to treasure your wrappers as keepsakes.
Impressive building. Truly baffling concept. If the goal was to confuse, inconvenience, and mildly traumatize hungry travelers, mission accomplished.

I ordered a 12ct nugget, and counted 7 tiny nuggets at best in a cup the size of a ranch cup. 10 dollars…..so about $1.4 for each tiny piece of rubbery chicken. Amazing service, but a joke when it comes to spending money here. If I didn’t have a gift card then this would be an absolute waste of money.

I don’t know what idiot woke up and said “oh let’s go to Chick-fil-A without a dine in only make it drive-through and mobile window carry out” that is so stupid. Their service sucks. Their wait time is awful. waited for 26 minutes at the window and still never got my order. I had to tell them to cancel it because I had to go to work. This is absolutely insane mind you the line wasn’t even that long in the drive-through. they cannot follow instructions when it comes to a special order. It’s like get it how it comes if you want the best service cause that is not gonna take off no cheese for you. This about the worst franchise ever. Whoever the owner is need to rethink this establishment again!
